It has a thickness that makes just a few squares sufficient but is still nice and soft. We are on a septic system so it's septic safe which is a must. I blazed through my first roll a little too quick since I was used to needing a lot of paper but now that I am used to it I feel like I get a lot for my money.

Charmin Ultra Strong feels soft while maintaining structural integrity...no break thru moments! Like the earlier reader with a 5 star review, I too had to comment on "Charming Billy" after reading the negative customer reviews which have recently been posted here. Though I read this book months ago, it remains one of the best written and most memorable books I have read in many years.

I had an opinion of Charmin Ultra Strong before trying it - an opinion that was built as a result of the company's marketing efforts. But, now that I've actually tried it, I like it! Soft, fluffy, absorbent, strong (in a toilet tissue sort of way). They're all words to describe the Charmin Ultra Strong experience. Not only did I "enjoy' using Charmin Ultra Strong, this week, my house guests mentioned it too. Both the adults (30 year olds) and the children (under 10 years old) made sure to mention how much they liked the "new toilet paper." It's not a topic that comes up at cocktail receptions, but Ithink I may have to find a way to talk about my new Charmin Ultra Strong experience this Thanksgiving weekend.

When first using this product it was a good feeling and was quality bath tissue. it went down easily as said it the package. overall i am pleased with this product and i would recommend and buy it another time.

Charmin is great for me because I've never had it leave any paper bits begin like other toilet paper I've used. I t also is soft so its great if tou need to blow your nose. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first reaction to receiving the rolls was, "wow, these are small rolls". I was correct. We went through an entire roll in less that 2 days in a household of only 2 people. It also was not soft, which therefore is not pleasant to use. My wife absolutely hated it so much that she actually just grabbed a roll of the toilet paper we do buy and used that.
