I love this product I have tried the soft and traditional but the ultra strong Is my favorite over all it does not tear or crumble I have a 7 year old that needs a strong paper that wont leave trace behind and a 3 yr old that is still potty training so I don't like paper traces on the butts very happy with this also I love that it is so strong that 4-6 squares of paper takes care of the tough job so you don't use so much paper

I was impressed with both the tensile strength of each sheet as well as its soft feel. The only disappointment is the roll goes so quickly since everyone loves the feel.

I think I always thought that since it was labeled "strong", that meant it wouldn't be too great in the gentle department. I was wrong! This was, hands down, the best toilet paper I have ever tried. Not only did the Charmin Ultra Strong do "the job", it also lasted WAY longer than the bargain brand I had been using. I would go through toilet paper much, much faster using the other stuff. Now that I'm officially a Charmin Ultra Strong convert, I end up actually saving money! Double bonus points for that. It doesn't leave behind any particles of lint and it doesn't tear holes into it easily. I absolutely love how long each roll lasts. It's great quality and the value isn't that bad either. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been happy with the variety of Charmin products. Many years ago, I did not have a good opinion of Charmin. It was soft, but there was not very much on each roll. The Ultra strong has a decent amount on each roll and is soft and sturdy.

Yet, it is so soft and luxurious there is no way it could be confused for a paper towel. The amount of toilet paper used is drastically reduced and it is a treat every time Charmin Ultra Strong is used.

To be perfectly honest it didn't do a great job of getting my rear clean, but it did a GREAT job wrapping our Christmas tree. The material is soft and absorbs liquids well but when it comes to the really dirty work, it was just too thick to get where it needed to be. Definitely soft enough, but too soft to get the hard jobs done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are all about getting a deal in our household. So, Charmin hasn't usually been our go-to. Typically, you will find a generic 2-ply toilet paper in our bathroom. However, there have been times where we would "splurge" and decide to go with Charmin. So, when I was asked to try this product for free and write a review about it, I jumped at the chance. I put one roll of my generic 2-ply on the roll, and one roll of Charmin on the back of my toilet. I then began my experimenting. I would alternate using the two rolls so that I could get a good idea of which one I liked better. Well, the truth is in the name. The Charmin Ultra Strong was in fact plenty stronger than my generic 2-ply. It also lasted longer than the 2-ply roll. It was thicker, and would absorb much more. While these are all positive traits of the Charmin, the only con I found was that it was not quite AS soft as my 2-ply toilet paper, but was soft enough. If I were to go to the store today to buy more toilet paper, I believe that I would be persuaded to purchase the Charmin.
