For many years, my family has chosen this tissue because it was worth the price. However, our last 12=48 package was smaller, weaker (shredded easier), very poorly perforated and hardly even embossed. So disappointed we might go to cheaper generic for same quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had always been taught to stay away from Charmin because of the septic system...the fact that it was septic safe was the first thing I noticed about it, so I was more than willing to give it a go! it is soft and strong...it's like the Cadillac of toilet papers! And I never had a clog issue either...I was SOLD! It's the best of all worlds and once you try it, you'll never go back! I won't!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charmin Ultra Strong is already my regular tissue of choice. Its great how strong the tissue is to hold up, while at the same time being soft enough to be comfortable. This will continue to be my regular brand, and recommend it anyone.

Not only does it not rip or tear but it actually feels gentle on my bum so I don't feel like I used sand paper on it. I was suprised how long a roll lasted me because usually with my brood I change the roll daily. I am so glad I have a new toilet paper that works great, is strong and gentle but saves my wallet too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This roll lives up to the "ultra strong" name. It's sturdy and tough, but not quite as soft as some of Charmin's other items. Even so, it's still really comfortable, and I think this is a front-runner for my brand of choice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife usually buys generic toilet paper for the house so I have to admit I was a little excited to try Charmin® Ultra Strong. I knew that it would be immediately better quality than store brand just because of the name Charmin. I switched out the old store brand roll with a roll of Charmin® Ultra Strong immediately after receiving my Bzz kit in the mail. I can say that Charmin® Ultra Strong did not dissapoint. You really can feel the strength of the paper yet it is still soft. I really didn't use an excess amount because if you were to pull out too much you knew you did because of its thickness. Compared with a generic brand, you may initially think you aren't getting as much paper because the generic roll is noticeably larger. But because you don't need much, it last longer. I'm happy to report that I felt clean and fresh after my trip to the bathroom, just like the bears in commercial. I would definitely buy Charmin® Ultra Strong again. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new Charmin Ultra Strong toilet paper is thick to the touch and get's the job done comfortably. While definitely thick, the new Charmin is somewhat narrow - not that you're skimping too much on coverage.

This was always the ONLY toilet paper I’d ever purchased. It literally was the perfect mix of soft and durable. Due to the pandemic, I was unable to find it anywhere for nearly a year, then had to purchase Charmin Soft (which is horrible and dusty). Finally got my hands on a newly sized and priced pack of Charmin Ultra Strong and I am dismayed and disappointed to find it is completely different. The squares are smaller and the paper is thin, rough, and scratchy. It’s hardly different than awful store brand paper. Why did Charmin ruin a good thing? I guess this is my sign from the universe to quit mainstream brands and shop for something more eco friendly. I just can’t believe how bad it is and how fast it will run out because you have to use twice as much as you used to.

I've tried all kinds, 1 ply, 2 ply, 12 ply (is there a 12 ply?) soft, sandpaper like, etc. There are the kinds that rip, the kinds that are just too big and bulky to get the job done. When it comes to cleaning up, ahem, down there, the Ultra Strong was the best product for the job. The first thing I noticed was how thick the paper was, you knew you weren't accidentally putting a finger though this one. Then I noticed how soft it was, like sitting naked on a pillow. Because of the thickness the thoroughness of the cleanup was second to none, I found myself using less and less sheets for the dirty job. The thickness of the sheet concerned me about how long it would last. I typically go through a roll in about a week or so, well it was about the same amount of time for the Charmin Ultra Strong. When it comes to TP, Charmin is at the TOP.
