I was pleasantly surprised by how good this fountain looks in person. It has a nice height, and the calla lily design is stunning. Nothing about it looks cheap. Setup was straightforward. I filled it, plugged it in, and it started running with no issues. The water sound is gentle and relaxing. It is noticeable enough to enjoy but not loud or splashy. The material feels solid and the fountain has some weight to it, so it does not feel cheap or flimsy.

We waited a long time for the fountain to ship. I was excited for it and when it arrived we assembled it as instructed and had an issue with the pump. The pump works but has less pressure on one side versus the other and it only happens on the y tube connection. We tried to troubleshoot for a while until my husband gently covered the side that was flowing and that seemed to help direct the pressure. Once he covered one of the holes on top, the fountain was able to flow on both sides. Not sure what the problem is if it's an issue with the tubing or an issue with the output of water flow. Too much of a hassle to exchange so we will keep it for now. Overall it's a lovely fountain and sounds/looks great. Wish it worked efficiently.

A lot of reviews have expressed water flow problems with half of the fountain. We were able to get equal flow to both flow paths by inserting a plastic flow restrictor in the top where most of the water is coming out. (At the top of the fountain. The flow restrictor is actually a drywall anchor for a screw that will hold up a picture. Don't use the screw, just insert the anchor until the flow is even.

Only half of the lilies fill up with water, I waited two weeks for this to be shipped to me, kept being delayed. Finally received today and I am so disappointed. I will have to disassemble and return to Sam's store. You do not have to ship back. I thought for the price it was going to be a great sturdy product.

I love my new Calla Lily water fountain from Sam's Club! I bought it early this spring, so I get to enjoy it all season long, and it has already exceeded my expectations. It's the perfect addition to my back porch! HIGHLIGHTS: ~ Excellent Documentation: The manual is very user-friendly! It features a readable font size, clear step-by-step instructions, and easy-to-understand illustrations. It took us 10-15 minutes for unboxing and to complete full setup. ~ Smart Design: It features 4 adjustable feet pads for perfect leveling and stability. There is also a silicone drainage plug in the base (plus they include a spare!). ~ Stable Pump: The pump has suction feet that keep it secure in the bottom of the base. ~ Great Capacity: It holds up to 4 gallons (2-gallon minimum), so I don't have to refill it constantly. ~ The Finishing Touch: The glass "rocks" are the icing on the cake! In addition to their charm, they enhance the stability of the unit. I've kept an eye on it all day, and it has had no water splashing out onto the patio, yay! ~ Pro-Tip: Make sure to read the manual! Per page 11, set the pump's flow control to maximum (arrow pointing left) before starting. Once the flow is established, you can adjust it to your liking. To reduce the flow rate, turn the control switch on the pump so the arrow points upward. The whole setup worked like a dream. The sound of the water trickling over the copper lilies is so peaceful. Highly recommended!

I purchased this fountain for my backyard patio and it is absolutely stunning. The number of Calla Lilies and the overall size are impressive for the price — I was genuinely surprised by the quality. I'm a huge fan of bronze finishes, and the brushed look on this piece is gorgeous. It complements my patio furniture and ties the whole space together beautifully.

I waited weeks until it was warm enough to put my new fountain out and I was finally able to last weekend. I absolutely love it. It looks expensive and works great. It replaced my old fountain that was double the price. Very happy with my purchase and never knew Sam's carried fountains.

We LOVED the fountain but, only half of the lilies filled with water. The side with the lower lily filled. The side with the highest lily never filled. We reversed the Y tubing, turned the pressure up, added more water … NOTHING! In researching the pump, the pump specs state the pump is efficient for a 42” lift. The tallest calla lily is TALLER than 42”. The water lift is 60”. We are thoroughly disappointed. We tried going to the pump manufacturer site, and our anti-virus/malware protection gave us MANY unsafe site warnings. 😔 We are so not happy. Curious to see if others experience this same issue. We had it shipped to us, and are concerned if we will have to pay shipping to return it after all of the time we've spent troubleshooting.

Sounds so beautiful and easy to set up. But after just 2 days it's rusting!! What? It's a fountain. Didn't they think to coat it?! Pictures won't upload but it's bad. The entire base is rusted.

Beautiful fountain! This fountain is so peaceful and it looks great in our backyard. It only took about 15 minutes to assemble, the instructions were clear, and it came with extra parts too. It is very high quality. Very happy with our purchase!
