Bought the protection plan, when I purchased my son’s PS5. Having the protection definitely gives you peace of mind! The PS5 is an amazing system, the graphics on games really stand out! I got them the digital download version and it’s a game changer no more game disc!!

I liked how fast the online grocery dept had it ready and that it was packaged in non see through packaging. I work here and shop here. Definitely worth the price.

purchased this PS5 system for my son for Xmas and it has been one of his favorite gifts plus it came as a bundle with Fortnite and V bucks so he has been enjoying his system. the quality and picture is nice the console is in excellent condition and he looks forward to having his new system for years to come also we did get insurance just in case

It was the only thing my son wanted for Christmas. Not only did you have it available; it was on sale. The quality was great. It was supposed to be here on the 24th but it came a day earlier which was great. Walmart made my son’s Christmas great and save me some money with the Christmas sale…

Hooking it up was pretty easy, although I’ve had one before so I already knew what to do. The price is a bit hefty, although it is the 1TB version so I take that into consideration. Would be nice if it came with 2 controllers instead of 1. I know that’s the standard pretty much for all game consoles now. However, if the price is going to be so hefty, I expect at lest another controller. The controllers themselves can get hefty in price as well. I love the game bundles and Fortnite bundle was an easy choice. Great gift…. For myself ;-)

Great Deal right before Christmas. Daughter loves it. It was easy to set up. We already had an account with her old system, and everything transferred right over. I'll probably end up wishing I got more memory, but we'll deal with that when it happens.

I believe the price of the PlayStation is affordable for the quality and features it offers. It provides great value for entertainment, especially compared to similar products. I plan to purchase it as a gift, and I know it will make the person receiving it very happy. Overall, the price feels reasonable and worth it for such a popular and enjoyable gaming system.

It was a gift for my son. He loves it! except for the fact that I got him the one that doesn't have a disk reader in it 😬 oops! my bad 🤭.... now he has to rebuy the games he has on disk digitally so 🙄😏 just make sure to pay attention to that detail before buying

The Playstation works fine in the horizontal position. It does not work well at all in the vertical position. As soon as I set it up vertically and started a game, it overheated and crashed (turned off). I left it off for about an hour and it did the same thing again. The PS5 uses a liquid metal cooling system that transfers heat from the CPU to the heatsink. When the PS5 stands in the vertical position, it causes the liquid metal to pool at the bottom of the CPU. This can cause dry spots on the CPU where heat will build up. Furthermore, in some cases, this can cause the liquid metal to leak and damage other internal components. I cannot believe that Sony says its acceptable to use it in the vertical position! I scanned at least 7 Internet sites regarding this issue and only two said to lay it flat on its side (Playstation logo facing up). The best site was https://gamerepair.com/blog/how-to-keep-your-ps5-cool-why-positioning-matters/. The other sites said it was ok to use vertically or horizontally. Go figure! I still believe its a good value for the money even though it has this fatal flaw.
