First of all… Billabong at Sam’s Club?? You can’t beat that! I love the linen material along with the green color, it’s perfect for spring and summer. These are lightweight shorts so they don’t seem like they’d get sweaty and are also perfect for pool and boat days. These are going to be a staple for me and I can’t wait to wear them when I’m tan!

I have been on a mission to only buy 100% cotton or linen clothes because they last longer, these shorts are only cotton, are so comfy and are cute. I wore them to a recent Disney trip and they were perfect, my only complaint is that I didn’t buy more than one pair! They even have pockets! The elastic waistband has a good stretch, and it is a modest length.

These are nice lounging shorts with I believe a good length to them. What I love most is they have pockets and they are decent sized ones as well. The metal tag on the back adds a nice touch. They are very comfortable. I’m glad they have the elastic waist band and it’s very conforming. The pattern held into the material is little cubes and I’m curious if it will undo once washed or if it stays put. Fabric is also light weight, soft, and seems like it’s pretty breathable. All in all, very cute shorts.

Super cute summer shorts. Ordered a large and I enjoy the tummy coverage, but there is some sagging in the front that might be better with a size down. Huge pockets! The length is also nice - not too short or long. The white/cream color is super see through, so perfect for a beach or pool day as a bathing suit cover up.

I would use these shorts over a swimsuit at the beach. These shorts would look cute if you wore a size small or medium, not very flattering with size XL. A lot of high waist clothes flatten the stomach, this one makes it worse. I like how it has pockets, but with the elastic waist band if you put anything too heavy or they are a little loose fitting will start to fall down. These shorts would be cute over a swimsuit if you are a size small or medium and have flat abs.

Okay wait — I actually love these shorts more than I expected to. The Women’s In the Waves Shorts in Black (XS) fit so well without feeling tight or restrictive. The XS is true to size, and they’re super comfortable through the waist (no awkward digging in, which we hate). The fabric is lightweight and breathable, so they’re perfect for hot days, quick workouts, or just throwing on to run errands. The black is a deep, solid black and hasn’t faded after washing, which honestly matters. They move with you and don’t constantly ride up, so you’re not adjusting them all day. Overall, they’re just easy. Easy to wear, easy to style, and they make you feel put together without trying too hard. Definitely a staple pair.

This short set was cute, but not for the long legged. My daughter is 14 and they fit her in size XS, but it was way too short. As a conscious parent, I would not buy for her to wear outright. It can fit under a dress, but the material is a little thick and might cause a sweaty mess.

I guess these are supposed to be worn over your bathing suit? I’m not entirely sure. But they are see through so I assume that’s what they are meant for. They definitely run big. I’m always at least a medium sometimes a large and these were too baggy and just not flattering on me.

Besides the light weight material and them having pockets, these shorts are not for me. The seams of the shorts cause them to look baggy in the front if worn low. But if you pulk them up to be high waisted where the seam looks good, they are so short that they meet the bottom of my butt. If this is a style you are looking for and are comfortable with then these may recieve a higher rating from you, but i was highly disappointed as my short short days are over.

I really tried to like these shorts, but I just couldn't. The material is soft and stretchy to a certain point. You can already tell that the waist band will lose its form after several uses. Not my favorite.
