The attention to detail is obvious from the hair, dress, jewelry and the shoes. The included stand is a bit difficult to display the doll, but it works. Our girls are too busy playing with the doll to be worried about the stand anyway! Like many Barbies, the shoes like to come off, but that's too be expected. The fabric is absolutely beautiful in this year's edition. Our girls found many ways to play including in their BARBIE "castle". Highly recommend!

We collect and display these dolls each year, so I love that even the box is pretty and looks like a gift. Barbie's face is beautiful with long lashes and shimmery eyeshadow. My daugther's favorite part is the bow across the bodice, such a nice detail. Finally, she's packed with care so her skirt stays in place and has the collector certificate in the back.

Its legs arent bendy at the knee, but that is ok. My daughter wants to keep it in the box, because she thinks its so beautiful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Classic but new! Holiday Barbie wears a glittery gold gown with oversize bow and tulle atop a very low cut bodice. Love her dangly earrings and gold sandals. My tween is a fan of her fresh makeup and wavy auburn hair, though the hair has a straight section that doesn't always blend in. With arms angled at the elbow, she's not going to be a Barbie for changing into new outfits.

Makes a great Christmas or birthday gift. Love the beautiful, detailed dress and the fashionable earrings! Only thing I was crazy for was the high heel shoes that come off but it really doesn’t happen very often (them slipping off while playing) so it’s not terrible. Other very pretty and quickly becomes a favorite!

She liked the long hair, but didnt feel it was fancy enough for a party. There were no bows, headbands, braids, just plain hair. She liked the earrings, but thought for a party, she needed more jewelery, like a necklace and bracelet. She did like that the fingernails were painted and felt that was good for a fancy party.
