The dress is a very nice material. It’s soft and slightly stretchy so it fits well. The dress has an under layer that is more fitted and the top layer is slightly looser. The under layer has shorts with pockets so they would work well to hold tennis balls or your phone or money if desired. It also has an attached bra liner with removable pads. Overall, I am fond of this dress, but there are a couple of things I dislike. I am disappointed that the under layer shorts are not detached at the back of the dress so you can more easily put the dress on and off. Because it is one full piece, the entire dress needs to be taken off or put on through the top, making it difficult to go to the bathroom. The top straps are adjustable, but even at the loosest setting, it is extremely tight to put the dress on. I actually felt like my wide hips may cause the seams to rip, although they did not. I am wearing a a size large in the photos, and am 5’ 7” and 160 lbs.

The outdoor ladies exercise dress is overall very comfortable. My dress is in a pretty red floral/butterfly pattern that will be perfect for spring and summer outdoor exercise! My favorite part is the built in shorts that are not too short have secure pockets to keep a wallet or phone in. The dress has a cross back, which I think makes it a little harder to pull on/off when you need to use the restroom. I have washed the dress inside out in gentle cycle and it washed/dried well!

Absolutely love the style and quality of this dress! Unfortunately, this size Large ran a bit snug to fit into at the moment, but I can't wait to put it on this summer! Perfect dress for movement, with a full liner and shorts underneath. My absolute favorite part were the pockets in the shorts to hold your phone or money while on a run or going anywhere you'd like to be hands free. The print is vibrant, fabric a so soft and flexible, and cut is very flattering. New favorite!

Love this! I'm all about once piece outfits. This is great and it has TWO pockets on the shorts underneath. That's a bonus for me. This is light and feels great, it's not thick and heavy like some, one piece outfits. The straps can be tighten or loosened. It's easy to slip into. Will definitely be getting more!

These are so cute it's like a sundress with attached shorts or a bathing suit. I paddle board a lot so this works great for me. Only downfalls are the shorts are built in so if you have to go, you pull the whole thing down and I had to return my first one as size runs small so size up one.

Cute and fit well EXCEPT there is no room for the not large "girls" even if the pads were taken out. It is also very difficult to put on, and equally difficult to get off. The opening between the straps is small and while it is big enough to step into and pull up, it is difficult to stretch far enough to get over both shoulders and requires lots of tugging the whole thing up to get on and off. Returned it.

This athletic dress is so cute! I got the pink one and love the color for summer and spring. Outdoor Voices is very comfortable and expensive material. I got a medium that fits perfect and I am 5’7” and 135 lbs.

Love the tone of the orange! This fit my body shape just right. Normally a size 14 and the large fit like a glove. The inner shorts have pockets on both sides. Their enclosed and it will keep items secure. Scoop neck and adjustable straps. Definitely a keeper.
