I was surprised how much meat was on this turkey. The texture is tight and great on sandwiches and the flavor is good - though a little salty. I also made delicious soup out of the bones.

This smoked turkey was amazing, delicious, and juicy. I went back after Thanksgiving to buy another. Easy to prepare. Served this with a regular turkey. It was a hit. Even the smoked turkey legs were moist. This will be an annual tradition getting this product. Keep 'em coming.

A little pricey even with $20 off but was delicious. I took this to Christmas dinner to a brother's home 30 minutes from my home but after warming it too temperature, I wrapped it in aluminum foil and packed it in a cooler and when I unpacked it to slice it was still very hot and moist!

Wow! This turkey was a hit for Thanksgiving everyone raved about how delicious the turkey was! It was very juicy and full of flavor! Normally turkey can get dried out and I was concerned about it getting dry having to heat it up in the oven for a long time. To my surprise, still juicy! You may have to cook it longer than specified so plan accordingly.

This turkey is a great choice for your holiday table. It takes minimal time in the oven and has a delicious smoked flavor with minimal effort. You won't be disappointed. This smoked turkey can also be kept for up to two months in your refrigerator before cooking(see date on tag). My Sam's club rarely has these available, so I try to buy two, as they can be used anytime during the holidays or frozen for a later date.

This turkey was excellent, and everyone loved it. I've never been a huge turkey fan, and had never made one before so I was too scared to try cooking a raw turkey for our family Thanksgiving this year. I needed two turkeys, and was going to buy them both from a certain fast food chicken restaurant that sells cajun turkeys, but I saw the reviews for Sam's smoked turkey and they were good, so I thought why not? I decided to get one from the restaurant and one from Sam's so I could see the difference, and put them both in the oven at the same time. While the cajun turkey flavor was good, it cooked faster than the Sam's club turkey, and ended up being a bit too dry. Thank god I had the Sam's smoked turkey because it stole the show, and the whole family loved it. It was so good, I would buy it again and it doesn't even have to be for a holiday. Hopefully they don't change anything in the recipe, but I will definitely be buying again next year.

I wasn't sure what to expect from a smoked turkey but the price was right. Oh my! The meat was so tender! The flavor was more like an oven roasted turkey. I went back to get another but they were out. Please have these again!

The ham was more popular than the Thanksgiving turkey! So, so delicious. We’re buying another one for Christmas!

Very good! Does take longer to get to temperature than the directions say but everyone really liked it. Just the right smokey taste.

I thought it was great. my son was hesitant, not really trusting Walmart branded food item of any kind. But it was really good and even he admitted it was great.
