Love the Tanzanite. Why is the Tanzanite not marked down for shipping?

Great product. However I need one in pink asap

Bought this as a gift for my Grandaughter and she loves it and wears it everyday

The necklace/earring set is beautiful. Gave it 3 stars because of shipping. The necklace was notted up with the earring. This had to be intentionally done by someone. Moving around during shipping would not have caused this. Plus the earrings were placed backwards in the slots, so they were facing inwards instead of out. It took a while for me to get the knotts out. Thankfully it does not appear to be damaged. I am uploading a before-and-after photo.

Buy in store rather than through pick up. I stupidly didn't think to open the package until more than a week later when I was getting ready to pack to go see my wife, and that's when I found out that the store only gave me 2 earrings and more pendant.
