Very cute dress and the fit is good... once you struggle to get in it. The criss-crossed straps make it next to impossible to get this dress on. I returned because of this. Very bad design flaw.

This exercise dress is both functional and cute. The fabric is lightweight, stretchy, and breathable, so it stays comfortable during workouts. I love how flattering the fit is while still feeling supportive. It works great for walking, gym sessions, tennis, or even running errands afterward.

This one piece work out outfit is amazing, it's comfortable and keeps you feeling comfortable while working out. The adjustable straps with racer back is a perfect fit, plus the built in bra is very comfortable and supportive to wear. The length is good especially for outdoor sports, but the built-in shorts is what makes the dress even more comfortable to wear even during very active movements. I have the baby blue color and it is a nice spring look.

This dress is everything! Light breathable material, black which is also a plus, adjustable straps, removable padding that provides excellent support, the perfect length, built in shorts with pockets for your phone! There isn’t a single thing more that I wish this dress had, it’s literally perfect.

I first tested it on a Saturday morning walk at the park, then wore it for a casual HIIT session at the gym and again for weekend errands—each time appreciating how well it performed. The olive color is rich and versatile; it transitions seamlessly from workout to everyday wear. The fabric feels lightweight yet substantial, with just the right amount of stretch for movement without feeling clingy. I particularly like how the dress breathes—even when my heart rate was up, I stayed cool and didn’t feel weighed down by sweat. The built-in shorts offer coverage and confidence during runs, lunges, and playtime with my nieces, and the pockets are deep enough to hold my phone and keys securely.

This workout dress is very cute. Perfect for pickleball or tennis. It does have a built on shelf bra with removable padding. I would like it better if pads where sewn in because they always move and curl up when you put it on, they never stay in place. Also they seem to always get lost in the wash. I really like that the built in shorts come with pockets. The pockets are large enough to fit a standard size phone. One improvement I would like to see is the shorts being longer and not so short to avoid chub rub. Overall very cute workout dress.

Hard to get on! Runs very small, I tried a small and a Medium and I usually wear a 0-4

I had to tighten the straps to make it cover my top adequately. Then it was hard to remove to go to the bathroom
