So much light with just one day of sun. They are very bright. I like how much light it gives my walkpath and garden. I noticed it needs full sun hours for them to be very bright if not then they are going to be a bit dim like on cloudy days.

They are beautiful and work so well. So sturdy and well made. The reflection of the light coming from the lamps are just beautiful and just perfectly bright. They have a great charge and work well even with a little sun.

I used these in my front walk way/flower bed. They are very heavy duty. They are also, very large scaled. I absolutely love the black finish. I can't wait until summer time and to see them glow at night.

Got these because they have glass instead of plastic as my old plastic ones turned yellow in the sun. These look really nice but are heavier because of the glass. The stakes need to be longer so you can sink more if into the ground for stability and still have the light fixture part high enough to cast light onto the sidewalk. I had to use some bricks around the stakes to make them more stable. They are not as bright as my old ones but that's probably because there are two lights in each fixture. One is an uplight and then there's the bulb that shines out onto the sidewalk. I'm guessing they had to make them less bright so that they'd last all night long, which they do. They are very nice looking and I'm happy with my purchase despite them being a bit short and not very bright. Mine are mostly for looks. If you need a bright light for your sidewalk, look elsewhere.

Amazing quality. Glass and metal! They are also big! Very elegant. My last solar lights only lasted 1 year and I have a feeling these will last for a very very long time.

I ordered 5 sets going off the description. Unfortunately the light itself is plastic, looks to be ABS. I verified by touching it with a hot soldering iron, and the base, side posts, and top rim all melted. The top is covered by a stainless "cap", and the post is a very thin metal tube that looks to be stainless. The solar panel is also covered by an clear acrylic panel. As others have said the stake is also plastic. It's actually not a bad solar light for the price, but is not what I wanted so I'll be returning. I don't think it will last. The acrylic panel is not weather sealed so water will get under the lid and run to the edge and hopefully drip off without getting into the electronics. A glass panel sealed with silicone or weather stripping would have been so much better.

2 of the 5 lights do not work. Will need to return them. A shame, because they look really nice

Just opened our set and they need changed. Instructions say to get a good charge to turn switch off at night for a couple of nights. Where is the switch?? Nicely made. Very sturdy. Would like better instructions.

Dead on arrival. RUN! Do not contact Alpan customer service. They are terrible! Just take them back when things arrive defective.

I bought two packs. For total 10 pieces, at least 3 are not working within a week.
