Great Bang for Your Buck

Best creatine powder for the price I have had. I use this every morning and it has been a good go to for me. Like most creatine powder it does not dissolve in water super well but just toss it in your water bottle and you will be good to go.

Wanted to love it but can’t

Does NOT dissolve at all what so ever. I’ve tried everything and nothing works. You’re left with a gritty texture

Creatine is a product that does not fully dissolve, so rest assured that this is completely normal. Note that creatine should be consumed immediately upon mixing.

Missing something

Wasted time getting this product. Got home and opened only to find they don't include the measuring scoop. Wow is this how companies are cutting back now? A little measurement to be accurate would be helpful. Will return this.

As part of ON's effort to be environmentally conscious and reduce plastic, our Creatine Powder does not come with a scoop. The serving size for this product is one rounded teaspoon.

I’ve used several of Optimum Nutrition’s protein powders and creatine (especially their Gold Standard line), and overall they’re a smart pick for anyone looking to boost protein intake without overpaying.

CREATINE THATS EASY TO TAKE

This product is still the high quality creatine that Optimum Nutrition has but without the hassle. Not needing to mix it, its covenant, easy and fast. Great Product.

Seems to be on par with other creatine I've used. The flavor is pretty light and honestly not my favorite, but that's totally up to personal preference.

I prefer the pill form even though they are large. Makes it simple to take every day!

Super simple to add to my routine. It's as easy as taking a multivitamin after brushing my teeth in the evening. I have seen the results that I expected and would recommend to anyone looking to add creatine to their regimen.

A cheap, effective, and mostly tasteless form of creatine. One of the few supplements that has a ton of research behind it to support its daily use for both men and women.

Great product!

The ON creatine is a great product. I tend to use the powder form when I’m at home, but prefer to travel with capsules for ease. These capsules are great for that purpose, but it is unfortunately more expensive on a per dose basis than the powder (although it is the same high-quality creatine, the value-added capsule form increases the price point). I do highly recommend this for travel.
