Am I the only one still looking for the measuring spoon? I would at least expect some sort of measuring apparatus. I have different sizes of spoons. Do I really need to weight it every single use?

Have tried them previously due to working at a dicks and the amount of strength and muscle gain in the last 2 months is massive big thanks to optimum nutrition

Best creatine powder for the price I have had. I use this every morning and it has been a good go to for me. Like most creatine powder it does not dissolve in water super well but just toss it in your water bottle and you will be good to go.

Does not mix into your drink week and leaves it being very gritty. It may work better in a hot drink but I’m not willing to sacrifice my coffee to grittiness.

This product is cheap and effective for creatine. I've been taking creatine for 5 years and have gone through countless brands. I find cheaper options to be a bit chalkier and more expensive options to be much smoother. This option is slightly chalky and does not dissolve the best but it is certainly good enough to get the job done and I have bought this creatine specifically several times throughout my lifting journey.

Creatine is good for anybody trying to build muscle and/or focus on health. Towards the bottom there were a couple of chunks but that’s what you will find in any creatine! A couple shakes will get rid of them. This item is good for everybody! Just look up the benefits and see what you are missing out on!

Great product, as always the design is sleek and all of the information you need is right on the container. Super convenient to take each day whether you mix it into water, juice, or a protein shake. Has been very helpful for muscle support and recovery, from the gym to long days at work still feeling good. I would like to see it come with a scoop but using a standard table spoon works just fine like the container recommends.

The ON creatine is a great product. I tend to use the powder form when I’m at home, but prefer to travel with capsules for ease. These capsules are great for that purpose, but it is unfortunately more expensive on a per dose basis than the powder (although it is the same high-quality creatine, the value-added capsule form increases the price point). I do highly recommend this for travel.
