Outbof the box, it's an easy set up and charging iscsimple plug in. I liked that the box already hadv4 pads and the pet cleaning solution. All in all very simple to start cleaning. I appreciated the 4 Pads & the pet centric cleaner included. I shose to vacuum first ...which is a separe button control from spray and wipe. It remindes me of another dry floor wiper, which I will now be using sparingly. The cleaner spray helps with sticky messes . Bravo to the brand designers for including the spot light to guide and eliminatedirt and spots. Overall, this product is designed to deliver a complete clean on your sealed hard floors. Cordless cleaning system uses an innovative all-in-one disposable pad to vacuum and lock away debris, then spray mop tough messes. Reveal light illuminates hidden debris, so you never miss a spot while picking up debris with medium strength suction, and tackling wet messes with the on-demand spray. Certainly a good investment for a dual hard floors mop/vacuum. If youre a clean freak like me ...get it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first time I've tested a Shark product, and I was very excited to use this device. I kept testing it, but honestly, it spreads the dirt more than it collects it. The scrubbing function is good, but the vacuuming function is not.

I don't like it for the simple fact is you can use the vacuum without the pad and it “the vacuum” gets the pad dirty before you can mop….. indoor me I can't return because I don't have the box 😏

The concept of a vacmop was very exciting. The idea of being able to vacuum then mop with one appliance is genius. Unfortunately, you can only do 1 room as the charge only last 10minutes at most before having to charge it for another 4hours.
