I love the ninja air fryer that I received about 3 week’s ago. New to air dyers, I am still,experimenting

I’m still learning how to cook in it but love it so far. Easy! The glass bowls and the way it works is such a great design. Good job!!

We love this air fryer, much prefer it to plastic versions. It's so quick, everything is tasty and not dry. Chicken wings were incredible.

I got this about a week ago and my husband and i was so happy we opened it and started to make the chicken wings, well they did not turn out good and we followed the receipe to the !!! and they came out all dried up (sad) we didi not like that at all, so we had to go back to the store and purchase more wings and this time we used out duel Ninja air frier and theis time the were simply perfect.

It’s good in theory. But very small. only cooks a 3 lb ish chicken. has burnet some things even following instructions. Only reliable thing is the crisper that worked great. It is heavy so not so portable. not sure how you clean the top of it. So save your money and purchase a normal sized one

Overall this product delivers as advertised. For frozen products (French fries, breaded seafood) it does an amazing job in the time suggested on the packaging. I especially like the crisper plates as they are easier to clean than the previous Ninja air fryers I have owned. The glass containers are easy to clean as well. The only, and minor, negative is that there are multiple pieces to store.

The principle behind this product intrigued me and I felt sure it would be my next favorite NINJA device. However, I was disappointed in the product. It was more complicated than advertised and unless you wash it in the dishwasher all the time, it is harder to clean when using the large adaptors. The timing for cooking is longer than most air fryers and if cooking multiple items it is more involved than just placing in the fryer and pressing start. It is suppose to be able to bake also but instructions indicate this feature is basically designed for pastry type products. No chart included for Baking instructions for anything to include meat products. The concept is good but it seems they would have sold the small model separate from the large. That way you would have the heating element for each size to have meals ready at the same time. I Love NINJA products and have many but I believe more thought needs to go into the construction of the CRISPI and its marketing...especially for the price. I am returning this item and hopefully will find a similar replacement item.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall this design is very cool. The concept is very cool and compact. You have to get used to cooking times with this because there is only one temperature in which the food cooks at. Will be great with trial and error.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like how compact it is, small and easy to store. It can sit neatly on my kitchen counter top. You can use the same container that cooked to store the food. They have different sizes, just put the lid on then you are good to go. The food is cooked nicely even, tender inside, crispy outside. However, it takes time for me to assemble and get used to the product, a lot of little parts that you need to put in together in the first place. I actually prefer the big air fryer at this price range. This little appliance is quite pricey.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ninja Crispy Portable Cooking System is easy to use, its accessories are easy to put on, the tempered glass containers seem healthier to me when cooking, it is easy to clean and you can use the dishwasher. It has 4 cooking modes, bake, air fry, recrisp, max crisp, you can regulate the time and see the numbers on a small screen, (the only thing I see that would be missing is being able to regulate the temperature and be able to see the fare in which the food is being cooked at that moment, just like you can see the timer)
