I bought this a month ago and I LOVE IT it has Simplified my life, Especially in the mornings. I thro my ingredients for my shake to go in and snap in on to mix and out the door . It has kept me going till mid afternoon. Eating more greens and fresh ingredients than before . Hopefully will she'd some pounds in the process. Overall feeling healthy.

Before this I had the NutriBullet RX. I found the construction of this unit to be quite cheap. I do not anticipate this thing will last long. I make smoothies daily and need something sturdy. In the mean time I'll start looking for alternative machines.

i have recommended the NutriBullet to a friend with one suggestion. I told her to keep the Activators clean (they are the white plastic things on the rim of the unit that serve as the off/on switches). My jar leaked because I failed to tighten it enough onto the base and it got into the activators making them tight or sluggish to the point that the unit wouldn't turn on. I unplugged the base and tested the activators by pressing them down with a spoon. There was a lot of resistance. I was told to lay the unit on its side, dip a toothbrush into a bowl of warm soapy water and scrub all three activators. . Keep doing this until the activators depress easily. This solved my problem.

Despite Consumer Reports dismal review which was based on the fact that they rated it as an ice crusher which it is not designed to do. It works perfectly as designed and I use it every week to create healthy nutritional drilks made from anything veggie to friuts and nuts and works extremely well

Owned 5 Nutribullets over 11 years. They all eventually leaked and died. Whatever (I used it every day, so I expected as much). Nonetheless, based on recent experience, I will never buy another one. The last one that I bought died and was replaced in its entirety by Nutribullet. Nice. (I bought all of the others myself). However, after 1 month, the o-ring then fell out of the replacement and my dog then broke and tried to eat it after it fell to the floor. I called NB to get a replacement o-ring, but was told that o-rings are only sold in conjunction with the blending knives piece, and that I would have to pay for it! (it fell out after one month!). The CS people are very nice, but can only implement corporate policy. I'm totally done with Nutribullet.

I have had this for a little less than a month and it has been fantastic. There have only been a few days since I got it that i haven't made a smoothie in the morning. It is so much better than a blender because there is essentially no clean up for me in the morning other than the blade. It makes it super quick and easy to whip up a smoothie before work. It has really helped me to start my day off on the right foot with lots of healthy fruits, proteins, and greens. One of my flip top lids was chipped when I purchased the NutriBullet Pro and the customer services team was fantastic about sending me a replacement lid without any cost or hassle.

Purchased this unit to replace my original unit from ten years ago as i have enjoyed using it. used this new unit the day i got it, worked great. used it again today and its broken. im not exaggerating in the slightest, the fan in the bottom started chucking pieces if itself out of the bottom of the machine and made a horrible racket. i dont even know what to say.

I bought this at the beginning of the summer and absolutely love the smoothies I make. I have 2 points of concern, though. Just recently, it began to act funny and would take some effort to get it to run and then would not stop despite turning the cup to the off position. I contacted the company who informed me that the little white tabs at the top of the mixer often get stuck with juice or residue from the smoothies. They suggested I clean these tabs with warm, damp cloths, which I have done, but they still remain stick. Because of this problem, one of the tabs of my colossal cup broke off. I would have expected it to be covered but I had to pay $6 to replace it. I think a design that had buttons or switches would avoid some of this. But overall, I still really like the product

I used it twice and it went into the Goodwill box. First off, it does't make "juice," it makes a "drink." I like carrot juice so I thought this would work. You have to put some water in so it's a very thin watery drink. Also, the container is quite wide and I had to hold it with two hands when getting it off the mechanism. I'm going back to my regular juicer.

I bought the NB PRO last month. The recipes is great. It's healing my body and I'm sleeping better with better moods. Also, the numbness is slowly leaving the left side of my body. The bullet blends produce just fine. I just have to be careful not to keep running the motor pass 1 minute. As far as cleaning I don't like for juices to spill inside. It get's under the clear center and it's hard to clean.
