nutribullet won't sell the extractor base that screws to the plastic container. This is the part that fails most frequently.

Great for whipping cream, 2 seconds flat. Otherwise I use it every morning, fast and takes next to no time getting my breakfast organised.

I bought this in Feb. had a problem and their customer service department was great about fixing the problem.

Works great but sometime when you put crushed ice in last it has a hard time getting to the fruit. So put the ice in first then no problem.

Seems to be a powerful machine.We can't wait to make ice cream.
