I bought my NutriBullet about a month ago and have used it every single day since. It's easy to use and easy to clean too.

I bought this 3 months ago. Unable to fix container with the power unit due to non functioning of one of the knobs.

I got the matte pink one but it does not look like what they have pictured it is more a bubble gum pink. I am hoping to be able to exchange it.

Is the center ring supposed to come out? I put it back and hope it stays. Now I see food items around the seal.
