I both the 900 version 7 months ago and still use it most mornings. The only reason I didn't give it the full 5 stars is that the travel lid catch broke after not much use and my friend (who recommended this to me) also said her travel lid catch broke and this now prevents me from having it on the go as the other lid is two awkward. I don't feel I should have to pay for a replacement lid so soon!

I had the original bullet from 5-10 years ago with all the attachments, cups, etc; I finally upgraded and probably should have done it sooner because this one blends even faster and blends the frozen items easy. I like the larger size cup and the blade is easy to clean. Very happy!

I am a total supporter of NutriBullet. I bought my first unit when it was first introduced. About a month ago, I bought a new one, because my original one didn't work one morning (or so I thought). Since I use it almost every day, I thought I had worn it out. I brought my new one home; the next morning, just on a chance, I tried my old one first. Lo..it worked again. I think I had just momentarily overheated the motor. So, I'm still using the first unit, and I keep the second as a spare. I couldn't do without it!!

We've had this about a month and use it daily. I love how easy it is to use and that it is easy to clean. I use fresh bananas and spinach, while the other fruits I buy frozen and microwave for 25 seconds before adding them to the Bullet. No problem reducing everything to a liquid. BTW, you don't notice the spinach taste in the fruit mix. Love the smoothies and the Bullet.

We use our NutriBullet daily for protein shakes and it a well-designed and easy-to-use product. If it is durable as well, we'll really rave about it! One design suggestion is that because the fill-line is critical to the operation of the unit, that line would be prominently marked completely surrounding the glass -- more that the little sign that exists.

I recently wrote a review to your company about my Nutri-Bullet , thank you for responding so quickly , i went to the customer service number that you suggested , a young man named LUIS G. gave me all the help i needed , he took me step by step to check and find what the problem was, and lo and behold he new exactly what was wrong and gave me instructions on what to do and it were perfect , my machine works like new again , and i want to thank him for his patience and kind manner, thank you from the bottom of my heart . I loved my NutriBullet PRO, I used it twice a day just about everyday for a whole year and it was amazing. I did everything in my bullet. However, in less than a year it broke and since I got it as a gift, I could not get my warranty on it. So now I have a broken Bullet at home. Other than that it was excellent, saving up to get another one!

I bought one of these about a month ago. Worked well for a few days and then it stopped working. Customer Support helped me clean the plastic connectors but it didn't help. They sent me a new unit, and within a week the second unit broke as well. I opened up the original unit to see what the problem was, and noticed that the plastic base that the screws inside mount to, just broke. The second unit broke the same way. It seems like it is just poor craftsmanship. Both my wife and I like it when it works, but it only works for a week or less, which is a big problem.

Had a Magic Bullet for years and know we have upgraded to the NutriBullet PRO and are liking that we can put the stuff we want into one big cup and it makes enough for both of us. It's a great way to get greens, fruits, and chia seeds and sesame seeds into your diet.

I brought this in the UK 3 months ago and found the colossus cups a great size, but the plastic prongs on the cups break off and without at least two of the three prongs the nutribullet doesn't work. I can't buy replacements because the cups are either out of stock or discontinued everywhere... what can I do to get replacements please? I wish I have purchased a different machine which allows me to make the larger volume without such a fault. I have marked 'ease of use' on the review as poor because once the cups break you can't use the machine at all. Alison Crowe
