Simple to Use & Clean BEST of CLASS

Have the original and it is by far the easiest and best way to make great blended drinks. Eliminates any need for a juicer and the associated mess & cleanup. The Nutri-Bullet is so simple to use & clean. We have had ours for over a year and the only negative I can think of is that I would love to have the new larger RX however my current one shows no signs of wearing out.

Nurse Sharon

I love it!!! Makes smoothies so fast and correctly. The ice is blended down right with no big pieces of ice left. So easy to clean. I drink right out of the blender cup with a straw. Looks nice on countertop in kitchen with not taking up too much room. Most of these types of Kitchen items are used for a short period of time and then put up. I am sure my Nutribullet will be used and is a smart investment for me.

Ease of use

The end results are wonderful. I truly enjoy using the NutriBullet. The only problem I have is - it has gotten hard to start. I find it has gotten hard to push down to start the machine. It was very easy when I first purchased it, but now, not so much. I hope that because I have to push down really hard that this won't break the Bullit..........

Would love more if it wld work properly

Received this Christmas of 2015. I love the product and makes great smoothies. Product is very loud though. Maybe I have a defect in mine. I have used it many times, but within first two months leaked & left black residue in the area where the container removes from the main unit. Now everytime I use it I get the same black residue. Not exactly happy & I will be calling customer service for sure.

Not Recommended. Brown stuff on blade

Brown water stuff comes from blade. I only been using it for 8 months. I call the site and mentioned that is normal, its not toxic so I can continue to drink it with no issues. They mentioned blades are supposed to be replaces every 6 months. If we need to replace blades that often what is the point of buying a nutri bullet. Sticking to a Ninja next time.

Difficult to unscrew

Without a handle, it's difficult to get the cup/blended section from the base. With arthritis, it's doubly difficult. What's more the silver portion at the top of the device came off, and I can't get it back on. So it's sitting there. Further, after several uses, there was a distinct odor emanating from the unit after the second or third use. I sent the warranty in, but when I read it, there was a second portion of the warranty requiring me to return a written acknowledgement of having filled out the warranty card...I didn't realize it was a TWO-PART WARRANTY; I thought I was covered after completing the warranty online. WRONG!

Nutribullet lifespan

I use my nutribullet about 3 times a week, purchased it 3 years ago. My nutribullet had a strong burnt odor . I didn't think nothing of it until I went to use it the next day. After putting all my fruits and liquid I put the cup on base as usual, and turn , this time nothing happened. I was very disappointed . I really like the nutribullet. I will get another one. I want to know does anyone have had a nutribullet that last longer.

Cheap plastic rim

I bough this about 3 months ago and the rim already broke off. I am having to manually keep it pressed in order for it to work. I’ve always had nutri bullets and have purchased for others as gifts but I’m now worried it’s not built with the same quality.

Powerhouse

I have purchased 4 of these “little big” machines since 2013. First in 2013 was a “two-fer” - two complete sets of the 600 watt bases (one of which I still have) that came with the milling blade. These things are made well (except for the blade housing, which I’ll get to later), and withstand daily use with little to no issues. After the 900 watt machines came out, I wanted one, but my 600 watt was still going strong. Finally, the base unit got noticeably loud so it was time to put it to rest. I made a slight mistake by purchasing a refurbished 900 watt Pro, which needed a new blade housing within 2 months. I then purchased another 900 watt unit and alternate using each base. I use mine in an unconventional way (well, other than my smoothie) - my dog gets a diet of cooked chicken & rice mixed with a smoothie of fresh, raw fruits & vegetables (carrot, banana, sweet potato, cucumber, apple, lentils, beans, etc). This unit pulverizes raw sweet potato & carrot with no problem. The dog actually eats better than I do!! Now, about those blade housings. The bearings are not sealed and cold ingredients can create condensation. Hence, the bearings/race rust. That is why you eventually see black “goo” on the side opposite the blade. I know this because I actually took the bearing/race out of one and it literally broke into pieces. That being said, I have a box of blade housings that need only bearing replacement and would be good as new. I did do a bearing replacement once (thanks to having that milling blade I mentioned earlier) and it worked great, but I think the company discovered people were replacing them and changed the design. I purchased bearings online, but they don’t fit. I noticed other users have said the gasket falls out. I have never had this issue in 10 years, so cannot comment. Also, the 3 small “fins” on the cups start to break after a while (I rarely wash in dishwasher because I think high heat may accelerate the process). Glad I have a collection of unused new cups!! I suggest keeping those cups you never use…..they will come in handy in a pinch. All in all, I love my little big powerhouse and panic when it finally starts to show signs of needing replacement. Glad I found this product years ago as it has become a part of daily life. I would have given 5 stars if the quality of the bearings was better.

A good device, needs some tweaking

I bought this around Christmas 2016 and used it only a few weeks and there was a rubber ring in the blade that continued to come out. Liquids would leak continuously and I almost took it back. I called the company and complained and they were going to send me a new one and I pay for shipping. I told them seeing it was not even 30 days old it wasn't fair and I refused to pay for shipping. They agreed to send me a new one without my paying anything. Since then it has been working fine - still crossing my fingers.
