I bought my Nutri Bullet a little less than a year ago. At first I used it every day and gradually it became less frequent. Ironically today, before receiving this email, I went to use my Nutri Bullet and nothing happened. It was dead and the cup didn't push down into the slots. I had to empty the ingredients from the cup into my Vita Mix to make my smoothie. My husband looked at the Nutri Bullet and discovered that the switch in the grooves was stuck. I took a q-tip and cleaned these notches out and eventually they started to move and engage the motor switch. I was ready to call and see if my unit was still under warranty and was prepared to return it had my husband not discovered the problem. Doesn't seem to me that those little slots/switches should get stuck like that. I have never had a drink run over or leak to where the mechanism got dirty. Other than that I like the unit and it has served its purpose well for me.

I bought it a couple of months ago and I've enjoyed trying the different recipes. I'm still trying to find ones I really like and provide a good balance of protein with carbs, and can't forget the fiber. Only one negative to report. On the screw on lid that is used to drink from, the small plastic spring like clip that try's to keep it closed gets weakened very quick. It's I guess too fragile for the purpose. This small plastic hook has already broken and I've been using it for less than two months.

My story? In ONE MONTH of use of my machine, my total cholesterol score went from 280 to 120. My doctor said that he didn't think that was even possible and had certainly never heard of someone doing it. I have a family history of heart disease and stroke and finally got that message that eating a mostly plant based diet was my only way of staying off cholesterol drugs. I eat one to two meals a day of cooked food. I made amazing pesto sauces from local organic herbs this summer although I forget to label the jars!

I'm very active, I exercise almost daily and I like to keep busy. Before I had purchased my NutriBullet Pro, I would get fatigued. I would eat energy bars, veggie chips, etc. and get 7 to 8 hours of sleep. However, I wasn't reaching my energy potential. Therefore, I start drinking shakes with pecans, fruits and green leafy vegetables and I notice the energy boost. It's been 2 months and I look and feel great!

I'm loving my Nutri bullet. I've owned a VITAMIX machine for years and it is so bulky and clumpsy although also an awesome machine. What I like about the Nutri Bullet (NB) is that it is compact and easy to clean. I got the Pro version and the motor is amazing and makes great drinks. This Thanksgiving, I finally used it for other purposes like grinding the walnuts for my Turkey Dinner Stuffing. It really is a great machine, simple to use and lives up to its word. They also include a fantastic book filled with innovative recipes. I have no regrets and use it at least 5 times a week.

I love my nutribullet! Before I was using my blender to mix up my green smoothie drinks and they were extremely gritty and not very good. With this product, my green smoothies taste so much better and a lot less gritty. And it's easy to clean too. Very happy with my purchase

I bought this brand because a friend recommended it. I originally bought the other similar brand but returned it and got NutriBullet. I like this one because it has 2 blades and the instruction/recipe book has wonderful information on how to start with the drink we make. Which ones are best to start with, and how to build up to more intense drinks. It also gives you information on what ingredients are best for what you are looking to achieve.

bought my nutribullet 900 series about 5 months ago. in the past 5 months if 6 or 7 days have gone by without me using it, it's a lot. i love what it does, i love the simple clean up and i love putting healthy organic ingredients in my body as opposed to processed foods. side benefit, i've lost over ten pounds since i began using it. yes, i started going to the gym at the same time but the bullet helped inspire me to lead a healthier lifestyle. i've recommended it to anyone who would listen and already a number of my friends have bought it and are happy with it, just as i am!

I bought the pro nutri bullet a few weeks ago for making smoothies. The first time, and everytime I make a smoothie, within seconds of blending, my smoothie is leaking out of the cover. Then, after a couple of weeks after purchasing it, it locked up on me. I find it's very poor quality.

I bought the 900 Pro almost a month ago and I am not sure if I should return it. I really love the practical side of it but every time I use it it smells like a cable burning and I do not run it for more than 15 seconds at the time. The smells seems to be getting a little better though. It also used to leak but I noticed that I have to screw the blade portion really well.
