I had the orginal NutriBullet for two years and used it everyday before it burned out. Then I purchased the Pro. After two months it starting smoking and burning. Was not extremely impressed with this one. Seems like the engine was more powerful but everything else was left the same. If you make make the engine better seems like you should make the other parts be able to take the added stress.

I bought 2 of this and it did good job and and recommend to my friends and families about 30 persons bought it after my recommendation they teased me that I should be a spoke person for NutriBullet. But I was disappointed that the bullet not last long , the rubber ring came off from the blade rid and the bearing also came off easily I and my son have to buy new blades within a year. I think I will tell people to buy other brand instead of this one

I bought my Nutri bullet in August 2014 and it worked pretty well for awhile. although it seemed to stop pulverizing carrots and ice pretty quickly. Now whenever I load it up and start it, the contents seeps out between the cup and blade. The last time I used it, it grabbed the washer (that won't stay in place) and ruined it. I am ready to throw the whole thing out. My walls cant take the platter any more!

I have been using the nutribullet for a couple months now and i am so glad i did as i was able to make a nutri blast which help balance my hormones and now my period is back to date to date every month like clock work and i also loss 10 lbs with out even trying to loose weight. The nutri blast keeps you full, healthy and energize. I did not eat spinach but was able to add it to my nutriblast which help with my skin, just as David said i did not even need a sun screen. Great product!!!

My motor base stopped working after two months. I had maybe used the Nutribullet ten times. I had to pay an additional $5.99 to replace the broken motor base which should not have stopped after so short a time and be without the Nutribullet for at least six weeks.

I heard about the health benefits and convenience of smoothies so it was just a matter of which mini-blender I would need to buy. I took my time researching them online and watched the YouTube tutorials. This NutriBullet came out on top and I an very happy with it thus far. It is very easy to use, low maintenance, and takes up very little space. I heard a few horror stories from some reviewers that the lid leaked or the motor quit. I honestly suspect that some people do not know how to use it or take care of it. The lid is NOT meant to be washed in super hot water nor should it ever be used to blend hot liquid. That will cause the gasket to leak, plain and simple. Secondly, if it is overloaded with frozen contents and little to no water/liquid, the motor becomes stressed. This is common sense but some not everyone gets it. With proper usage and simple maintenance, I hope to have my NutriBullet for at least a few years. This deserves 5 stars.

I've had the Nutri Bullet for about a month now and I love it. It makes nice smooth fruit smoothies or veggie ones, very quickly and efficiently and the best part is that it is so easy to clean it up! It doesn't make a lot at once - the larger size cup is good for about 2 nice size smoothies, so if you've got a big family and you want to make a lot of smoothies at once, you might want to go for a blender. It's just me so I'm totally happy with it. Hope it lasts.

I got this with the warranty and loved it used it daily i have chronic migraines and found a juice that help me function daily without taking pain meds all the time the plastic broke on the cup i wrote the company and they told me i had to buy the cup what good is the warranty if it dont.replace parts that break after only a few weeks

I bought the Pro over a month ago, and all 4 of us in the family use it every day. The Pro has changed the way we eat in a significant way. Finally, we are all eating a ton of vegetables. I feel great as a result. One minor niggle: The plastic cups have ended up a cloudy colour. On another note - I noticed the Consumer Report article that said the PRO has had problems over time - with hard use - with the blades chipping, which is a safety issue. I've told my family to rinse off the blade BEFORE drinking their shake, just to check that the blade is intact. It's a bit of a nuisance, but not a deal-breaker. It would be helpful for the company to make an official response to this, just to clear the air. Otherwise, this product is excellent value for money.

I bought my first Nutribullet Pro in Jan/2014- but had to replace it in March/2014 as it just stopped working and began leaking- Since my 2nd purchase it's worked like a charm, with one exception- I seem to be having an issue with the rubber rings in the blade assembly coming undone and the blender is now leaking again- a little frustrating but it is still my best friend- The only other suggestion I'd make is I wish a 2nd LARGE cup was included in the initial package as well as replacement rings! I've recommended it to many!
