I received this NutriBullet as a Christmas gift from my husband. It replaced a old Magic Bullet system. I now have a new hobby...making blasts! I have one every morning and usually another at night or after a workout. It has become a major part of my day/life, just within the past month. The mobile application is helpful and the member discounts online are a big plus. Thanks for everything...I'm excited to see how I will feel after a few months of extracting.

We upgraded from the 600 to the 900, and love it and it's a great way and the only way to eat a lot of vegetables. We referred several of our friends to the NutriBullet and they love it too. With David "Avacado" Wolfe standing behind this product we're not surprised about how great it is.

OK - I like the NutriBullet Pro. It does pretty good - except for blackberry seeds. BUT the flip top lid (a key selling feature for me) is junk. First I lost the gasket on the lid because it came loose and wouldn't stay in. Then the latch broke so it won't stay closed. Now, I can't seem to be able to buy a replacement. It is not sold separately and it is not part of the replacement parts set. Of course, providing only one in the original set is a bit short sighted. You can make lots of smoothies but only one person can drink it on the go? I make more dishes to wash because I have to transfer my smoothie to a container that seals, won't spill and I can drink from on the go. I am really disappointed with the whole experience and at myself. Next time, I will do more research instead of listening to the hype.

2 months in we had to replace the blade assembly, the gasket is not replaceable so you have to replace the whole assembly. I was told that the entire blade assembly should be replaced every 6 months, what a waste. It does an ok job making chunky smoothies.

I have just purchased this machine having been assured I could blend nuts and dried fruits to make protein balls. After reading the manual and these reviews I think I have bought a smoothie maker which is not what will be my primary use. I do not add liquid during first blending process .....and then it may be honey .... Should I package this up and return it?

I called nutrabullet as my unit which I bought a yet ago broke and needs a new part. My assistant on phone (wish I had asked her name) was friendly, professional and went above and beyond to make me a happy customer. I will continue to be a loyal customer with Nutrabullet due to this great customer care!! Anthea

After making my purchase I did a bit of research on line and the blades on the bullet are sunk down and looks very difficult to clean. Please make all metal components and easier to clean part, that Does not keep you from getting every last drop. The blades should be re-engineered. It would be better Aand I'd be happier if it was more like the ninja blades.

I bought The NutriBullet about 2 1/2 months ago and one of the blades was defective. I called, the person apologized and promptly took my information. I should receive my new blade in 10 to 12 working days. They also provided helpful hints to enhance the life of my machine and blades. And promptly took my information. Received this Christmas of 2015. I love the product and makes great smoothies. Product is very loud though. Maybe I have a defect in mine. I have used it many times, but within first two months leaked & left black residue in the area where the container removes from the main unit. Now everytime I use it I get the same black residue. Not exactly happy & I will be calling customer service for sure.
