I recently wrote a review to your company about my Nutri-Bullet , thank you for responding so quickly , i went to the customer service number that you suggested , a young man named LUIS G. gave me all the help i needed , he took me step by step to check and find what the problem was, and lo and behold he new exactly what was wrong and gave me instructions on what to do and it were perfect , my machine works like new again , and i want to thank him for his patience and kind manner, thank you from the bottom of my heart . I purchased this for a Christmas present to myself. I had an older model and wanted to upgrade. My older model went to a family member. I love that this unit does great smoothies for me in the morning and I get all my fruit and veggies in one big cup. Thank you for a wonderful product.

This is our 2nd bullet pro we love it, we need to buy more cups but its not in our budget right now, my husband who has a serious medical issues use it daily for his meds shakes. I use it 2/3 times for weight loss smoothies we get lots of use it just don't sit on our counter.

With 900 watts of power this little blender destroys frozen berries in seconds without pause. I have had mine for over a year now and it has not broken down once. If I could make a few recommendations I would like to see these made so that the blending lid is easier to tighten and remove. If the blending lid is not correctly tightened the mix comes out the edges or the lid unscrews a bit while blending. Get the lid correctly tightened and it can be difficult to remove since it has nothing to grab hold of. If your hands are slightly wet it becomes nearly impossible to remove. I also wish they weren’t so loud. But I also know that sound suppression would add bulk.

I bought a nutribullet almost a year ago and one day suddenly actuators on the rim of the motor got stuck. Nutri team immediately responded to my queries but when nothing worked. They honored the replacement under warranty(though it was out of it). I really appreciated the speedy response and the customer service offered to me.

Got this as a gift for Christmas - I now use it everyday! I love my smoothies with spinach/kale, banana, frozen berries, chia seeds, and almond milk. I've even made great homemade guacamole! Really easy to clean, especially if you rinse everything immediately - don't even need to scrub!

I do love my nutri bullet, but now for the third time, I'm replacing the blade/cup because it leaks right out the center of the assembly. I would think tbe person in charge at Nutibullet would address this . This assembly seems cheap and not well designed. I would like a free replacement part please! It should last at least a couple years, right? Then I would tell everyone about this great product.

I bought my NutriBullet PRO in December 2017 and have missed only one day of use so far. My husband was skeptical at first but after watching me make my blasts every morning started asking me to share. I am thrilled he is getting into it now. We have home grown citrus and veges and he is planning on growing additional veges just for the blasts! I love it!

I LOVE my NutriBullet, the juices it makes are fabulous but if you're prone to Kidney Stones, be careful with the type of extracted ingredients you use...in particular those high in Oxalates. (Look it up, National Kidney Foundation seems to have the best info) Check with your family doctor if you're concerned or have concerns too. As with anything, moderation is key.

Bought a year ago. Used 3-4 times a week. Actual results good. My wife had trouble getting it together tight and got leakage around side. Got her in tune and was ok, but hen started leaking around blade shaft and into motor cavity. Stopped using for fear of short. I would never buy another.
