Owned 5 Nutribullets over 11 years. They all eventually leaked and died. Whatever (I used it every day, so I expected as much). Nonetheless, based on recent experience, I will never buy another one. The last one that I bought died and was replaced in its entirety by Nutribullet. Nice. (I bought all of the others myself). However, after 1 month, the o-ring then fell out of the replacement and my dog then broke and tried to eat it after it fell to the floor. I called NB to get a replacement o-ring, but was told that o-rings are only sold in conjunction with the blending knives piece, and that I would have to pay for it! (it fell out after one month!). The CS people are very nice, but can only implement corporate policy. I'm totally done with Nutribullet.

My pro series ordered new did not come with a gasket. Leaks all-over. My neighbor and I could not maneuver A new gasket in place. Waiting for the only solution a new extractor.blade Which has been out of stock for a while. So this is a cautionary tale!!!!! Miss my little bullet.....

I purchased my NutriBullet Pro approx one month ago and I’m very disappointed with it. I love smoothies and when I activate the base it unscrews itself and leaks the contents and makes a total mess. I had my husband screw it on tight and it still unscrewed itself. On one occasion I couldn’t make out what the noise was until I unscrewed the cup and found the rotary gasket in my smoothie.

this is the 4th or 5th nutribullet I have owned. with this one it takes longer for smoothie with banana to liquify the banana. i thought of moving up to 1000 watts, but did not think I had to. I have also given at least 4 nutribullets to friends or colleagues. love the product in general, disappointed with this one.

I have had it for 3 months used exactly 26times. The blade assembly is not sealed liqued and water from washing it by hand is stuck inside. It emits a horrible smell and the assembly is loose. They state it is normal wear and tear. And you are not to use ice cubes only crushed ice even though the picture clearly shows ice cubes in it. But they would replace it if I paid a processing fee,tax and shipping. First normal wear and tear after using 26 times is unheard of. This is for a defect that could make people sick. But there is MOLD in the blade assembly leaking into what you blend. Making you sick. Their warranty is innapropriate.

I thought it was just mine, but from seeing other reviews, I'm pretty sure it's there's a defect with the gasket. It continues to fall off; not all the time, but several times at random. Recently, it's been every time. I'm careful not to fill past the max line. I'll be getting a refund. I guess you get what you pay for.

Tad flawed. The blender blends fruit smoothies great. However, it'll freeze up and stop blending if it runs longer than 10 seconds. It's almost as if the motor is too strong, overheats, and shuts off for safety. So, I have to manually pulse to blend my smoothies.

I'm very happy with this product.It does everything that I expected it to do.

I make smoothies daily and this machine is fast and perfect!!!
