I am on my 17th day of following the Nutra bullet diet so far I've lost 13lbs. Its easy and is working

It works except I have push the white buttons that are suppose to go down when trying to turn mug to blend

I have a couple other blenders that I make smoothies with but they don't blend everything as smoothly as my NutriBullet.
