I bought this from Kohl's about 2 months ago. #1 First time use, it leaked, cleaned it but not well enough as it was very stuck the next time I tried to use it. Finally got it unstuck, worked well. The 3rd time the blade cut the rubber ring. The fourth time I used the other blade that has a good ring and it leaked everywhere again. #5 when I hold it down to blend, it is really hard. #6 I wish there would either be a timer for blending or an on/off switch. #7 How and where do I replace the rubber ring. #8 I have made the smoothies with what ingredients I have available, mostly spinach, yogurt, pecans ,walnuts, pineapple. Tastes O.K. Just doing to try to get results, not that I am crazy about it. Thanks,

We use it frequently, it is horrible to clean the plastic cups. Pieces of the greens get stuck in the groves!!! Also it doesn't run as well as it originally did. We follow the content requirement levels, I just used it, and the plastic cup is nasty. Also the travel top is a NIGHTMARE!!! It has leaked horribly!! We no longer use it. Had to purchase a CONTIGO for travel.

This is my second one, I had the small one and it broke, I have used this one daily for about 6 months. I only had one problem when the plastic tabs wouldn't go down, but your representative told me how to clean it over the phone, I have to clean it periodically. My grand daughter loves her fresh fruit smoothie every morning!

Before I bought the Nutra Bullet I purchased a cheap “other” brand. And within 30 days I burned up the motor. Realizing that I used the blender twice a day to make smoothies for my Husband And I. I spent the money on the Neutra bullet pro. Now when I make my smoothie I add nuts, thick stalk of various vegetables, or anything I feel like that day. Within five seconds, The bullet has pulverized all the ingredients. The motor is definitely strong enough to handle it. I would recommend it Especially If you are a busy person like myself.

This is my 3rd nutri bullet. My original had a 4 year life span, then i replaced it with another (red) 600 watt bullet, but that one only lived a few months. The newer 900 watt model is much nicer. I do like that there are 2 extractor blades. I also noticed that you have improved the extractor blade seals. That was an issue on my original nutribullet. I make a shake everyday to take in my lunch box to drink as my day rolls on. I used and use everything from spinach, banana, apple, blue berries, strawberries, flak seed, pine apple, water, orange juice, ice, grapes, razz berries, kale, broccoli, carrot, a coconut/flak/ chia seed mix, frozen fruit, apricots, and cali flower. I have a magic bullet as well, that i started with over 10 years ago, that still works. I use it primarily for protien shakes. Yes, I am a fan, and I do still watch the informercials from time to time to see what's new. thank you, Steve Spurigo

I’ve had my Pro for about two weeks, and I truly think I’m addicted to blasts. I was worried that cleanup would be difficult, but it’s really easy. Still working my way up to recipes, so for now I’m loving just using kale or spinach, lots of fresh fruit, a few seeds or nuts, yogurt or almond/cashew milk. Love the flavor and the nutrition I’m getting that I was missing before.

My family loves the Nutribullet. It's ease of use and clean up is a snap as well. Helps to keep us regular and appropriate nutrients that we normally would miss from our daily meals. I also love a power boost smoothie after an intense workout with protein powder added.

Easy to clean with out a lot of waste. Makes great green smoothies. Compact so I can take it on vacation or traveling. My grandchildren are fascinated by it, enjoy making and drinking our creations. It was very helpful to have the books that came with it, I did't know some seeds have arsenic in them such as apple seeds. A friend recommended it to me and I am very grateful.

We bought our 1st nutribullit pro in August 2016. We made 2 smoothies every day..by January 2017 it was no longer working properly. I returned it to the store that I purchased it from in April and received a new one in return. I am hoping this one last longer....if not, I will buy a more powerful blender. We use nuts and frozen strawberries in our smoothies....maybe this is too much for the pro to blend

This is the best design and functionality for making smoothies. The thing that I like most from it is that it takes very little time to clean compared to traditional blender designs. Also I like that the Pro version that I bought at the store comes with a larger cup with a lid that I can drink from. I also like that the company improved the design of the blades and the seals so that they are more reliable than the original (smaller) Magic Bullet. What I'm concerned about is whether the company will continue to support the nutribullet with replacement cups and lids at reasonable prices. So far, I would like to get another lid that I can drink from...however they are hard to find and too expensive for what they are.
