Excellent product

So far, we've been using this nutribullet for about a month. We use it daily for multiple smoothies, and have not had any problems with it. We follow the guidelines for the order of ingredients, the amount of ingredients, and the length of time for blending. The fruit, nuts, veggies that we add get blended perfectly. Most of the time we add frozen fruit to get a cold smoothie, but we haven't tried adding ice cubes.

It works okay

I got this for Christmas and have used it almost every day since. I have enjoyed having a fresh smoothie for breakfast. I would suggest purchasing extra blades as the seal on mine came off within the first few uses and doesn't stay on the best, which makes quite the mess when the smoothie comes out of the sides once it turns on. The warranty is also difficult to sign up for as they never accept faxes. Once I am able to talk to customer service I am going to request a replacement for my blade as the seal does not stay well. Other than that, the product is great and works as it should!!

Not what I expected when I ordered.

I bought this for a larger capacity volume and have really been disappointed in reduced quality of cutting Blade. I use it only when working with easy to cut items. I use small one to get things started when I have too. Would buy a better blade if you had a backup for sale.

High expectations... no disappointments

Several friends have recommended that I buy a NutriBullet and I have no regrets! Though I have only had it for about a month, I have already used it so much! My favorite is when I come home from a run and make a smoothie. It is so easy and quick and clean up is a breeze. Not to mention, the smoothie is delicious (even when I add kale!). Personally, I find blenders pretty annoying because they are so bulky and there are many dirty dishes and it is so hard to clean. Now I really enjoy making smoothies and I feel so much healthier! ;)

easy to use

My kids and I have used it multiple times. Worked well except for more than occasionally, the extractor fitting, even when we're careful to screw it onto the cup , will leak during the mix and make a mess. This part needs to be quality controlled. Can recommend with reservations.

Not bad

I was very excited about this product, but now after using it for a couple of weeks, I wish I would have reviewed it a bit better. It does a great job on smoothies. I love the fact that I don't have to hold it while it is blending. However, more often than not, the lid loosens while it is blending, causing my smoothie to splatter everywhere! I also don't like that I have to transfer the cup into a smaller one so I can take it on the go, the cup is to big to fit into any car cup holder.

Does a better job than 2 blenders

Makes better smoothies than 2 blenders I've owned. 2 tips: Don't overfill, contents can expand and overflow when you unscrew blades. Be careful when turning off that you don't twist jar too far, it will unscrew and leak a bit. (My bad -- typical male, do first, read instructions later) Also got chopper blade - very handy, wish it was sold retail along side the machine.

Way too loud!

I have the lower model NutriBullet and thought this one would be more powerful. But I found it much much louder and it didn’t thoroughly blend my frozen fruit. If I had hearing protection I would’ve given it a second chance but instead it went back and I bought a second base model (600 watts, I think) to have at my parents house.

Good machine

My Nutra Bullet Pro works good but I do have a couple of things to note. They are as follows. 1. Be sure to screw on the top very very tight since it has a tendency to leak. 2. It doesn’t pulverize quite as well as I’d like it to. Fresh ginger even if sliced before adding doesn’t always blend well. Other than that, for the money it does the job. If you’re looking for perfection and more options than you’ll need to spend five times as much for a top rated product.

Not as happy as when I first got it

Decided to upgrade to the nutribullet pro when my original nutribullet wore out. Loved the extra power with the 900 watts and it does a great job on my green smoothies. Sometimes the rubber seal comes out when I twist the blade off, but it hasn't been a problem. I just rinse it and put it back in. But lately when I make my smoothie, same ingredients and amounts as always, it is sometimes leaking. Not sure if it's the nutribullet or if I'm just not getting it tight enough sometimes. May have to take it back if it continues to leak and exchange it for a new one or a different brand.
