I bought it a few months ago and truly did not know what to expect. I have juicer that I used a couple of times a put it away.It was a choir to clean and to store and to many parts. The Nutri bullet is easy to use and reuse again with.Its compact and stores nicely

Love this thing! It's really helped hubby get off the fast food biscuits. He now takes a blast with him every morning. It's even made him stop and think about all his food choices. I adopted healthy eating habits years ago, when an autoimmune disease changed my life. By adding a blast to my regime has helped get more veggie's and fruits, along with fiber into my diet. I love this machine, I use it to make all kinds of healthy drinks, I'm a diabetic so this is very important to me. I accidentally didn't get the top screwed on tight and before I could stop the machine I had liquid running out of container and down into machine. After cleaning up the liquid I tried to run the machine again but it just wouldn't work. I contacted the company and was given a phone number to call, the lady that answered was very sweet and told me some things to try to get it to work. I was amazed because the first thing she told me to do corrected the problem and it now works fine. I'm so thankful for her help and now I can once again get back to my healthy smoothies & drinks. This company stands by their products and even though the error was mine they were more than ready to help me get it back to working condition. I wouldn't hesititate to purchase more of their products.

In am so disappointed with my new bulet. It sporadically leaks and makes such a mess. Yes I know how to use it . it is not my first. what is going on. Is it faulty. I was thinking I will have to take it back and get a different one as there are lots out there also heaped and more power. mine is the new 900.

I have been trying to gain weight to no avail. Purchased some wt gain protein powder and a nutri bullet a month ago. I use it twice a day with milk, protein powder, frozen bananas or strawberries, unsalted sunflower seeds and a couple of ice cubes. It is delicious, takes a second to blend and I have gained 3 lbs!!! LOVE IT.

I purchased my NutriBullet PRO over a month ago and use it three times a day. It works well, but I have observed on several occasions that the blade base may become over-tightened onto the mug, causing the gasket to be pulled out when the two components are unscrewed. I see this as a possible long-term use failure point. A torn gasket would render the entire device unusable. This may be a latent defect in the design.

I had a chaise lounge constructed out of aluminum ... except for the one vital hinge, which was made of steel. So, before the first season of beaching was over, that part had rusted and finally snapped. My NutriBullet 900 Pro has two Achille's heels. The connection between the cutting blade and the gear has bearings with packing, I'm sure, but even after the second use, greenish stuff came out. Also, the blade unit has no visible seal, so frequently the contents ooze from the jar and down the sides of the blade assembly to the inside of the motor assembly. If it gets into the motor, this could short the unit out. Incidentally, I never run the unit more than 30 seconds at a time, and I am careful not to overfill it. I plan to return it to the merchant who sold it to me for an exchange, hoping that the Achille's heels have been remedied, because I do like the product .

I've had this for about 1 month and am happy with how well it breaks down frozen fruits and greens. I wish the container and blades weren't so wide, as they are hard for me to grip to open (I'm 5'4" and don't think of myself as having particularly small hands though). I use protein powders and wish that there wasn't as many spots for things to get stuck in corners, which makes it harder to fully mix as well as clean.

Love it! Powerful and fast. Great that it’s easy to unscrew the base from the cup. (since the old hand strength isn’t what it used to be.) Only tiny, niggling thing is that sometimes it takes some finagling in pushing it down and twisting to engage the motor. But it gets there! Easy to clean. Makes smoothie-making easy and quick!

Been using this for about a month now, mostly for making smoothies and protein shakes. It's so convenient and the size is perfect. Sometimes it doesn't break up things like carrots or celery that well and there will be one or two small chunks, but overall very solid product.
