Had problems with the plastic tabs that activate the blades. Customer service was great, told me how to free tabs. So far I have freed them 4 times, I use the NutriBullet twice daily. Owned since May 2014, thought it should have worked longer with no problems. I rated down the middle because of the tab issue, other than that, very strong machine.

The NutriBullet Pro is a wonderful product but within one month of purchasing of the product, one of the tabs on the mixing cup broke off. It still works however I will eventually need to buy another mixing cup. Concerns about the overall quality of the product.

( have bought two NutriBullets in the last 8 mo. The first in March and the second one in Oct.The problem I had with both is they were both hard to push down at first, and than, I couldn't push down at all The one I bought in Oct. happened after only two uses and the motor smelled with the first use. My son was here in Nov, and he couldn't get it to work either,so we packed it up and returned it for the second time. I also bought one for my son and daughter and theirs is fine.I have decided not to get another one. Its too difficult to put all the components back in the box to return.

I love my nutribullet pro. When I bought it I thought that I could do smoothies and coffee beans, but when I read the instructions they say you shouldn't do dry things like coffee beans, despite the guide actually giving me instruction on how to grind beans (how's that for confusing). Since I bought it to do both and they claim that it will wear down the blade faster, I went online and bought a 2nd blade and a small container that I will use exclusively for dry things like coffee beans or spices. It showed up within a week, and before I even used the new blade the bottom gear that attaches to the unit fell off. Very odd, but it screwed back on OK. Anyway, it ground my coffee beans perfectly and easily. So, if you are like me and are trying to consolidate devices on your counter, it works fine... just get a second blade or use the one that comes with it and replace it sooner.

Besides the great health benefits, I am surprised that I never hear mentioned what I consider one of the greatest benefits of using this product: the money I save on bananas and other fruits and vegetables that would have otherwise gone bad and had to be thrown away.

Wife and I decided to try out juicing because I hate eating veggies and my son (3) was in the same boat. Smoothies twice a day with fruits and vegetables everyday with 0 complaints... even has us eating veggies with our meals (strange side effect). We did our research and figured that the bullet was the best product for our needs and are very satisfied with it

Works great. Love it. You can grind up many different things. Produce, fruit, nuts, ice and many other things. Again we just love it. It's just what we were looking for. We have had this approximately one month and have made so many drinks. It makes them so fast. Very simple to clean.

My husband bought it for me for my birthday and we use it every single day. He is getting more fruits and veggies in and I'm just loving my morning kale and strawberry smoothing with good stuff in it. It is sturdy, blends beautifully and makes a rich smooth drink. And, best of all, it's a breeze to clean. I've had other appliances like this and none were so easy to use and easy to clean. We love our Nutribullet!

What a change your product has made in our lifestyle. By eating healthier my wife and I are both feeling our oats again. By the way, we are not youngsters. Thanks for such a terrific product that is easy to use and instructions that are easy to understand.

I got this offline a couple of months ago and I love it!!! Its faster, quieter, and blends beautifully!!!! Plus I LOVE the sippy lid!!!! Plus the bottom of the blades have no holes so water doesnt gather up inside!!! Plus I find the lids to the cups are super improved not to leak!!!! I recently took my 900 super bullet to a party and made kiwi honeydew strawberry banana smoothies... they were a hit!!! I love bringing my smoothies to work in my 32 oz cup with sippy lid!!! Nothing bad to say at all!!! Very Happy!
