I bought this in August and used it almost daily. About a month ago, the rubber ring broke on the first blade assembly. You have to get a whole new blade assembly, can't get just the ring. So I used the second blade and the blender would not shut off unless forced. So I ordered a new blade (I hadn't registered the product and didn't want to wait for a free replacement) and with the new blade the blender wouldn't even turn on. So I took it back to Bed Bath & Beyond, and god bless them, they replaced it. I have also bought two more for my daughters. I think it works great and it nice and small to store. I hope my new one works better because I love the concept. It makes awesome green smoothies!

I know now that I am getting my vegetables and fruits. I live alone, have a busy life and don't cook. I throw spinach, kale and frozen fruit in and mix it up with a little apple cider every day. I tasts great, EASY to clean up and i don't have worry about cooking or my nutrition.

I bought both of these machines at the same time and love both of them. I am eating vegetables I never ate before, kale, spinach, etc. by drinking them, and getting my fruit through the frozen sherbet experience for a treat. I also eat salads and natural fruits. My Grandchildren love it when Grandma makes fruit ice Cream!

I liked the nutri bullet for the first couple of months but then had a problem.One of the plastic pins that is inserted into a slot to turn it on,broke off and I couldn't use it anymore.I returned it to Penney's and am waiting for the replacement to arrive.

Wanted to improve on the juices that I drink. Bought the NutriBullet and, it works great. Everything from fresh to frozen gets blended without leaving un chopped pieces. Doesn't take up a lot of space on the counter but, the real reason to give this a try is that it works!

My Nurtibullet finally bit the dust after years of hard use. So I upgraded to the Nurtibullet Pro and it was a good decision. More powerful, larger cut to hold the veggies, fruit, protein powder and all the other goodies added to smoothies. Very powerful and does a great job in less time. Highly recommend.

If you have decided to purchase a blender/juicer you will find many choices out there but let me save you a lot of trouble by saying Nutri Bullet Pro is the way to go. I couldn't be any happier with this purchase. It has changed my life. I am drinking healthy smoothies every day and my health has improved. Do yourself a favor and get a Nutri Bullet for a healthy New Year!!

I bought this hoping to make healthier shakes. I work out and am in great shape but could not get the lid off the bullet after I made my shake. Also, it leaked and often sprayed my shake all over me. Not worth the aggravation. Took it back after a week.

My Nutribullet is wonderful! We have so much fun making our smoothies in the mornings. It has really been a great experience learning to make good, nutritional drinks that we can carry with us everyday. I have talked about my new Nutribullet so much...My mom has ordered her one as well!

When the bullet first came out I bought one and was disappointed because it broke down really easy. So I bought this new one thinking that the defects would be resolved, but as I plugged it in it worked beautifully and I tried one more time and no problem. I bought in Jun 2014 and I tried using it at the end of Oct 2014 and the darn thing wouldn't work, no noise, no turning, nothing, etc... I called the company and was told that it was a 1 year warranty, I told them what was wrong with it, the person on the other end of the phone was asking all kind of questions. I gave up on them, so I returned it to the original store where I bought it and they took it back. Will I buy another bullet product, um NO, never again.
