So easy and powerful!

I purchased the 900 series about a month ago and have been using it several times per week. It's so easy, I blend for about a minute to get the perfect consistency. The only weird thing is that it started leaking grease in the blade piece about three weeks in. However, I called customer service and they are shipping me a new blade - great customer service (thanks Kevin!).

This is such an awesome product.

We used the first Nutri-bullet 5 days a week for almost 2 years. We now have the 900 machine and have been even more pleased. I went from a 38 inch waist down the a 34 waist. This is from not doing any physical fitness routine. We talk up the Nutri-bullet to friends. We whole heartedly recommend this machine to any one looking to get into shape.

Great product

Following my bariatric procedure, I felt that the NutriBullet Pro would be a wonderful tool. Making purees and liquids is easy and doing homemade meals is the best. The Pro is great for my teens/adults as well to make smoothies and enjoy a "on-the-go" meal.

Solid Product

The blender works quite well. I have been using it almost daily for the past several weeks and it blends most mixtures excellently. Occasionally, it does leave thicker sections in the smoothie. This wasn't a real negative to me but the recipe book that comes with it is a joke. It is more infomercial than recipe book but since I was buying it for blender I didn't really care.

It's Just OK

Purchased about 3 months ago. Works well with the large container, however, does not work well with standard size container. Motor strains is container are filled to the fill line. First model we bought of the PRO motor burned out within a week. Store replaced with another PRO no questions asked.

I don’t like it

I have been using this since 12/17 when I got it as a gift. It leaked through the blade attachment onto the base when blending. I made sure to follow all instructions of not leaving it on for more than a minute at a time, not filling it past the fill line, etc. I am fully aware on how to use the product properly but the product is simply faulty. I asked for a replacement blade attachment which worked for a few days just fine but just like the first blade attachment t, after about a week of use, it leaked! So both the original and replacement blade attachment gave me the same faulty results. I just need to whole thing replaced at this point. I had always wanted a bullet, but now I don’t know if the quality is what I expected. I am just so darn busy I can’t make time to call and make this replacement request.

works great but does leak

I would have thought it was operator error if it had only happened a couple of times. But after the first couple of times I have been sure to screw the bottom on as tight as I can. The problem is that when pushing down and turning on the container to engage and disengage the blades, the bottom has become loose and my smoothie has leaked out into the inside then outside of the base. it happens about 25% of the time. I wonder if anyone else has had this problem?

Not as happy as when I first got it

Decided to upgrade to the nutribullet pro when my original nutribullet wore out. Loved the extra power with the 900 watts and it does a great job on my green smoothies. Sometimes the rubber seal comes out when I twist the blade off, but it hasn't been a problem. I just rinse it and put it back in. But lately when I make my smoothie, same ingredients and amounts as always, it is sometimes leaking. Not sure if it's the nutribullet or if I'm just not getting it tight enough sometimes. May have to take it back if it continues to leak and exchange it for a new one or a different brand.

Concerned About Ice

Although it does a fine job with fruits and vegetables, I am frightened of using ice in my smoothies. I understand that the machine should be able to handle ice, but have heard that the blades can be damaged and leave metal fragments in the smoothie. I was disappointed to find that your company has no plans to rectify this situation.
