Delicious and fragrant coffee beans. I don't usually buy beans and grind them myself so this was such a treat. The coffee has a smooth rich flavor. I didn't detect bitterness at all. You will need a good grinder as the first batch I ground didn't get small enough and I had to run them through again. If you like freshly ground coffee I think you'll enjoy this. If you prefer a full-bodied dark coffee this may not work for you. It's worth the effort to grind your own.
