I was thrilled with the bracelet, 7.5" yellow gold 5 carat. When I order items that ship FedEx I just go online and manage delivery to deliver to the local FedEx office so I dont have to be home sign. The only struggle I had, I ordered this item the day before it went on sale $400 off. I tried to get a price adjustment and the response was Sam's doesnt do adjustments, you have to return and repurchase. This item was only available online and the delivery date was after the sale ended. So I purchased a 2nd bracelet on sale, and returned the 1st full price bracelet when it arrived. Beautiful bracelet and for the price with Black Friday deals you couldn't beat it! BUT I strongly recommend you buy this in person. This was shipped via FedEx and I was supposed to sign for this upon delivery. The driver delivered this to the wrong address, didn't obtain a signature, or take a photo upon delivery. FedEx wasn't helpful at all and had it not been for an honest neighbor I wouldn't have received this and would've had a fight to get my money back.

Beautiful bracelet for the price! The tracking of the order was a bit slow to update but I received the order on time and as expected. Very happy with this purchase.

This was sold at our Sam's Club as an 18kt gold tennis bracelet with 3 ct Lab Created Diamonds. I selected this one because it seemed a better value with 18kt gold. when I got home and realized it was 14kt - I went back to the store and assumed I was given the wrong item. Its seems there is only one person at this Sam's Club location that can answer jewelry questions. I spoke with a manager, Kim, and she advised me I would need to call or return the following day and speak to Olivia. when I returned the following day, I went to customer service and they asked if I was possibly mistaken and the sign said 14kt and not 18kt! Absolutely Not! I spoke to the same manager and she responded in an irritated tone that she told me to call at 8am! I work and was not able to call at 8 am. So, she went to the jewelry counter and said, "This is supposed to be 14kt Gold and its not." But she was not referring to 14kt vs 18kt - she thought the bracelet was sterling silver due to the color. I corrected her and advised it was "White Gold" that was advertised as 18kt when it was only 14kt. She said there was nothing shd could do and asked if I wanted to keep it or return it. I returned it and there was no - very sorry for the inconvenience or apology for the incorrect tag on the display...they only said it was a beautiful bracelet!
