This formula has been wonderful for our babe from the start. We have been combo feeding 1-2 formula bottles a day since she came home from the hospital. She has tolerated this formula extremely well! No gas or fussiness, easy poops, minimal spit up. I did a lot of research about formula options before she was born as things had really changed since my son was born 7 years ago and I am totally happy with our choice to use By Heart. It definitely has bubbles after you prepare the bottle since it doesn’t have all the icky stuff to stop the bubbles, but it hasn’t seemed to make even a bit of difference for us.

I switched to ByHeart when I stopped breastfeeding at 9mon. Slowly transitioned him by mixing the reconstituted formula with breastmilk. He loves the formula, no problem with him eating. It could be all formulas, but have to shake vigorously to mix or else there will be chunks floating and sinking to the bottom, so it does create lots of bubbles! But my son doesnt have a gas problem. I love that the scoop sticks to the inside of the lid! Big tin, lasts longer. Recyclable!!! Big plus.

Babies seem to like it or not mind it. We combo feed as my supply is a little short for keeping up with twin demands. Started to supplement adding a little formula to each bottle at 4 months. We’ve been doing a 70% breast milk 30% formula combo. The only thing I’m not a big fan of are the oils in the product, vegetable oils (organic high oleic sunflower, organic low erucic rapeseed, organic sunflower). Also not a fan of the folic acid, should be folate. These are terrible for your diet let alone a tiny baby! Could use some improvement there.

Might seem silly but the lids seem to be made of two pieces and in a lot of our cans the two pieces do not stay together so it makes it so that you have trouble opening and closing the lid as it just keeps turning while the other piece isn’t turning enough. When the baby is howlin’ and you just want to get the formula ready asap to make her happy it really exacerbates the issue.

As all parents do, I wanted the absolute best for my baby. And that’s just what I get with ByHeart. We dabbled with a couple others but this one by far satisfied my little guy the best. We have always supplemented with formula from birth so I was very particular with what we were going to do that with.

We went through so many formulas before finding ByHeart. It’s so great. My daughter is fully formula fed, and she loves it. Soft poops, less gas, no belly discomfort from what I can tell. And we mix it with the Dr. Browns pitcher. It’s thicker for sure, so we will see if it affects her when she’s sick. We love the clean ingredients and also the subscription service. Highly recommend

After 6 months of breastfeeding, we introduced ByHeart as a supplemental formula as I struggled to maintain my milk supply. Our girl did so well with the supplemental ounces from ByHeart I felt very comfortable weaning and transitioning her fully to formula. She has almost no reflux, her poops are fantastic, and she’s continued to top the growth charts with each visit to the pediatrician. We are so thankful for ByHeart!

I started by combo feeding until I was fully swapped over to fully formula. ByHeart made this transition so easy and gentle for both my mama heart and my baby. I HIGHLY recommend this formula for anyone looking for something that is clean, safe, and gentle on little tummy’s.
