This bra being seamless is extremely comfortable offers, medium to light support. It held up to hikes and strength training It would be a good option if you like yoga as well after multiple washes, it’s still supportive and looks great

Not a sports bra with lots of support, but is great for regular support. I’m a 36C. Wouldn’t run in it, but would do standard work or walking.

Great compression bra if you are looking to flatten your chest. Smaller than advertised.

I'm very indifferent. Initially I loved it! it kind of snatches your body and holds you together real good. Unfortunately so good you end up with ribbed indents from the bra. That also became uncomfortable after awhile. I do wish it had a little cushion supports. I probably wont wear it often but if that's your style, go for it!

I bought a large (I wear M shirts) and they are very tight.

Poor sizing. I wear a small but got a medium to be comfy and it is soooooo tight.
