I love, love, love these. I do wish they made it easier to switch from already paired devices. I have to connect them manually when I switch from my phone to my laptop. Other than that, the sound is good, the microphone is good, and everything else is good!

While the audio quality is great, call quality makes them basically unusuable for phone calls. They are very light and I often forget I'm wearing them which could make them great for runs, but the inability for anyone I'm on the phone with to hear me speaking is unacceptable.

I tried all the other versions on shokz with no avail. Nothing was working with my 13 ear piercings and throwing my glasses into the mix too, nothing fit comfortably. Then I asked the shokz AI which reccomeded these open dots. Girlies let's goooooo! Finally an earbud that I can wear with hair down, glasses and all the hoop earrings I want!

I highly recommend the Dots. I have small ears and until now had not found headphones that fit properly while I workout (run, lift, metcons). The Dots fit, stay in my ears, and have great sound. They are also easy to use and the color is great (I got the red). I ordered the over the ear headphones first, which did not fit. However, the return process with Shokz was quick and easy.

I wore these a few times for about an hour and half each time. It rubbed my ear so bad that it caused a blister on my ear and the battery life will die and have to recharge the case after every use. I did not have the barcode but had the packaging. The store would not return the item. I call customer support with sams and they could not help either. Now I have a pair I cant wear.

Sound quality is okay overall wish they where a little louder and would cut some Of The background noise more in where them all day very comfortable and they meet expectations for what I use them for. The charging case is cheaply built and feels like it's going to brake when you open and shut it.

I love that they are not connected around the back of my neck like the other shokz but these begin to hurt my ear after wearing them for a couple of hours and I end up putting my olds ones on. The buttons are not the easiest either. I will use these sometimes but I will continue to use the old ones I have they are more comfortable and easy to control.

I bought Shokz because I wanted to try something other than my AirPods for running. So far I've been loving it. I was worried they weee going to move around or potentially fall while on a run but they didn't! The best thing I like about it though is my kids can use them as well! They don't fall off my 5 year old's ears! Sp glad I found these while they were on sale.

I'm not blown away by any means, but they maintain their connection to my devices and are fairly comfortable to wear. I have them on most of the day for work so I charge them every night. The touch commands on the buds aren't very responsive, I stopped trying to use them. Also, I've split them and had another person wearing one while I wear the other - when doing so, only one ends up with the mic and you can't tell which one unless you experiment and walk away from each other.

The tap function is not very good. I double tap multiple times and it doesn't respond. It does not work with my phone in things like answering phone call by phone command like my beats do. I can't hear my audio or music when walking near beach with wind and waves. It also hurts my ear after wearing for more than 20 min. Does not connect between my devices. So if I'm on my phone and go to an iPad it won't go to my iPad. Disappointed and going back to my beats.
