The ring exceeded my expectations! My wife loves it as I decided to upgrade her ring.

I received the ring it’s very beautiful but never got the certificate with it tried calling the number of the manufacturing and it’s unavailable. I need help to get my certificate.

Definitely not as good a quality as rings in the store cabinet. Mounting for is weak and bent on the first week. Returned it to the local Sams Club and the lab created diamond test as a moissanite. Lost one small stone in the first week. Save your money and buy a ring in store with and have it tested before you leave and get an IGI card.

I purchased this ring on December 11th and 8 days later, there still is no information about when I will receive this item. I've called 4 times to Sam's Club and they have no information about when/if this item will ship. They have "put in a ticket" to the vendor and have no promised me that they will get back to me within 48 hours....that deadline has come and gone 2x now. I will be seeking a refund if I don't hear back in 48 more hours.
