All adding up proteins. Also,no artificial flavors. And it's not too sweet, which is again healthy. Packet size is perfect for one breakfast serving. I wish the nuts should be more. Will purchase again.

It’s not too much a banana flavor. I really enjoyed it and having the crunch of nuts in oatmeal is new to me. I really liked the addition of nuts. I feel this oatmeal kept me fuller longer.

It is very convenient, the oats cook up perfectly, maintaining their ideal balance of chewiness and creaminess.

I used vanilla almond milk to make my oatmeal. It seemed like the individual packs of oatmeal are bigger than in just regular oatmeal. Overall I really enjoyed this, it tasted delicious and kept me full.
