12 g of sugar zeros out your protein. Delicious but not worth it.

The best of all the oatmeals! So good and warm sticks with me a lot longer the regular oatmeal

Five of the individual oatmeal bags were not sealed properly and I could not use them. I only was able to use one bag and I’m not sure if it was sealed properly or not, as I ate it before I realized there was a problem with the others. Very disappointing and wasted money.

Protein that you normally would not get eating just oatmeal taste good. I add one packet to two handfuls. I have small hands and then I add water and three servings of oat milk creamer vanilla flavor then I add fresh berries or frozen cherries and it stays with me for hours..
