I love how fast and easy it is to make. In a hectic morning it takes less than 60 seconds to get a good breakfast. I wish it had less added sugar, but the flavor is amazing.

This is a quick and easy protein food. Good for when you have a microwave availble. You get tired of the taste by the time you get half way through the box though.
