[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a vegetarian, I'm always looking for way to get more protein in my diet. I was really impressed with Quaker Protein instant oatmeal. It was delicious, 12 grams of protein, and quick to make.

I like that it's a bigger portion in each pack! But it is kinda thick. I like the banana and nut flavor it's very light and not overpowering. I do get a boost of energy after eating, this is why I chose the “protein” one.
