I couldn't finish it because after only eating half of the bowl I was so full and felt full for almost the whole day. I did feel more energized after eating it and that energy lasted almost all day.

Oatmeal seems like a healthy filling breakfast but when you look at these nutrition facts it just isn't great. Love that this has some protein but doesn't take away from the sodium and sugar content
