[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ended up liking this flavor more than I thought I would and I love the convenience of being able to microwave it! But the only thing I would change is the sugar content, it's about 12 grams. Which is pretty much all the sugar I want to have on most days. So if I eat this for breakfast I just make sure to watch my sugar intake the rest of the day. It keeps me really full though and it was my first time trying this flavor!

I always keep one at work in case of Emmergency because of how easy it is to prepare only need a bowl and water!

The banana flavor is perfect and not overpowering. The nuts add a little crunch and together it's super tasty. I will now be adding oatmeal into my morning breakfast rotation!

Also would be good with a little bump of more flavor. But texture is delicious and great to get extra protein in.

I have always been a maple and brown sugar kind of girl and honestly, I think I always will be but this stuff is pretty tasty! I tend to shy away from "protein" labeled foods because they all seem to be gritty and not very tasty but this is neither of those things. I like to make my oatmeal with milk and put it in the microwave and when I pulled the banana nut oatmeal out, it smelled exactly like you would expect a fresh baked banana nut muffin to smell like. Is it the end all to be all? I would have to say no but if you're looking for something different that is packed with protein, I say give it a try.
