I might argue advertising 10g of protein as a "protein rich" food is somewhat misleading given normal oatmeal probably still have 5-7g of protein without the additional whey powder added to this cereal. Regardless, it all mixes well and tastes good.

The flavor tastes exactly like eating a banana nut muffin and the amount is perfect. It doesn't sit heavy in your stomach just gives you a little extra energy in the morning. It's fast to make and travel with. The mornings are super busy for me so I took the whole box to work with me and made it whenever I had time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although i know there are often many fruit and creme style oatmeals, this flavor is a stand out of the style. It has a familiar banana crunch cereal flavor but in the form of oatmeal. It also has 12 grams of protein to help fuel your morning.

I don't eat oatmeal too often to tell the difference between this one and regular ones. I think they taste pretty much the same. The prep is the same with hot water or milk. They heat up nicely and are delicious. I think people who are trying to up their protein would benefit from this product. The banana nut flavor is nice, not too sweet with small chunks of banana in it. I would buy this again.

My 2 year old can be quite picky when it comes to food but he ate it up. One pack of the oatmeal is plenty to fill me up and it kept food full for awhile. I really liked the banana nut flavor. It was yummy. I added some banana slices to it to give it even more flavor.
