I love oatmeal and eat it almost every morning. I love this flavor and also love that it has added protein. I have always loved banana nut muffins but the calories are so high, this oatmeal is perfect for curing the craving, fueling my workouts and helping me get in a bit more protein!

I did use less water than what was suggested since I do like my oatmeal a bit thicker. It's an easy, healthy, and very filling breakfast! Overall 10/10 recommend!

The contents melt, almost naturally in the warm milk. I do feel like this is a very healthy breakfast option. Definitely appreciate the banana chunks are not banana fried flakes, and they melt really nice into the warm milk.
