I often have this for a late night snack because it's so delicious. I really appreciate the fact that it has protein as well.

It's quick, easy to make and the perfect amount for breakfast. I felt satisfied and full for hours and like I had started my morning with a healthy choice. Looking forward to buying more flavors.

I am an adult male and I regularly eat Quaker Protein Instant Oatmeal for breakfast. I need protein in the morning to help sustain my energy throughout the morning. This product is a good tasting way to do that when I am in a pinch for time. It also helps me to advance my weight loss goals, with a reasonable calorie count per serving. I would love to see the Raisin, Date and Walnut flavor added to the available flavors.

I just can't get past the texture of this product. It was like eating soggy granola, just too much weird texture! It was thick and dry at the same time. I don't recommend this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Usually, I like Quaker Oats instant oatmeal but OMG! Not this one. I would usually get the strawberry so, I was excited to try new flavors. Since this one has protein, I assumed it would be a win. The texture was really dry. The flavor was decent but the consistency made it gross. I think the protein part makes it tha my way and it makes you not want to eat it. I could invision someone using this as an overnight oat to use for a protein shake but bit to eat on its own.

It tastes even better than it smells. My 7 year old absolutely loved it. I love love love how much protein is in this oatmeal as well. It's a meal in itself!

I have tried to convince my 3 year old to eat oatmeal with all kind of flavors but no success, until he has tried this one today! He ate the whole bowl! I have added some almond butter and yogurt for thickness and more flavor and it was delicious! Recommending to everyone who has picky eater at home.
