The extra protein helps to keep me more full. I add fresh, sliced bananas to this as well, and it's amazing.I'm really not a big fan of oatmeal in general. I mainly force myself to eat it because it's quicker to make, and healthier than eating a nice big plate of sausage, eggs, and pancakes in the morning. I really look forward to eating this oatmeal for breakfast, and will continue to buy this.

Pour your oatmeal into a bowl and the bag has a line where to fill with water or milk. Love the flavor and the nuts give it a nice surprise crunch. Love how much protein is in this also. Reccomend and will be buying more.

So all the flavor comes from the powered sugary stuff. I personally think these big mega companies should clean up their ingredients an offer real healthier options that are non- gmo an maybe woth a monk friut sugar substitute.
