I love these high protein versions because they're fast and add the protein I need to make my gym days count. I add a little bit of crushed nuts on top for extra nutrients / texture and love it!

This is a quick, easy, and healthy breakfast and even my kids love it! It has 10g of protein per serving and it's a good source of fiber. I love this flavor with fresh banana on top and almond milk! The softness of the banana and the crunch from the nuts makes it a great combo!

The oatmeal prepares up nice. I don't like super sticky, clumpy, mushy oatmeal. The banana flavor is just right, not too overpowering. And the best part is the nuts! It was very easy to prepare and quick. The single serve pack is a good proportion. It also has 12 grams of protein! I would recommend this Qucker Protein Instant Oatmeal in banana nut.
