[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved the texture but i wasn't in love with the taste completely. Definately needed to add a bit more sweetener. I used stevia and a sprinkle of cinnamon. I loved the high protein in this but wished a better sweetener was used because the sugar content is high. I would recommend if you like nuts, banana flavor and dont have any sugar limitations.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoyed this oatmeal overall. The flavor is good, it has fiber and protein, and it's super quick and easy to prepare. I didn't like the texture when prepared hot in the microwave, so I personally use these packets for cold oats and it gets soft within a couple hours in the fridge.

It wasn't as mushy as the flavor without protein. The added protein did keep me fuller longer and give me added energy. I will keep trying it.

I have always loved the taste and simplicity of Quakers instant oatmeal. Just takes 60 seconds, for some delicious oatmeal. I was excited to try banana nut flavored since I LOVE the original banana cream. Yes it's just if not more delicious.

This one packs a 12 gram of protein nutrition. This is both nutritious and delicious which makes it a really great breakfast choice. I started eating two packages of the Banana Nut Protein 10 in January every morning. Then doing away in fried food, sweets, soft drinks and doing protion control. Also change my Workout in the Gym as of today April 8, 2015 I have lost 31 pounds of fat while maintaining my Lean Muscle. This Quaker Instant Oatmeal is great and I give it most of the credit for changing my eating habits.
