The added bonus is a high protein content. I particularly like this because my son and I aren't big meat eaters, so getting protein in other ways like this is a plus!

The oatmeal had a good thick texture and the nuts in it were a welcome break from the regular oatmeal. The nuts were crunchy and tasted fresh. I think anyone who likes banana nut bread or banana flavor in general would really like this, however, I could not get past the strong banana smell and flavor that I dislike.

Top it off with 12 gram of protein, this truly is breakfast of champs. For me I love to start my day off with oatmeal and what a better way to do it with one that tastes good and gives you some protein to start your day.

Warm milk or warm water, mix in the oatmeal and instant breakfast or midday snack. I love that you get the flavor of banana and there are also little walnut pieces in there. I do wish there were more walnuts though. One packet of oatmeal is a great amount, but if you would like a bit more, two packs is more than enough to get a full stomach. I like how fast it takes to make and how easy it is. I will continue to have this in my breakfast routine for me and my family.
